Great place to shop, Good cuality.

Pricey but so unique and exciting with lots of different and unique items. An entire section dedicated to my favorite savory meats (including salamis) and cheeses. All top quality. They even have truffle oils, truffles, etc...

Same great place. They are well set up for distancing. Made me feel more normal shopping there. No lines inside...you wait outside to maintain inside count. They were not sold out of Acme at 1pm on a Saturday, so that was an improvement. It was a pleasure.

Pretty good quality produce.

Small shop but great fresh fruit and produce (a lot of it organic) plus a number of other things like bulk goods, canned goods, tortillas, salsas, bread, cheese/milk/yogurt and veggie protein like tofu and tempeh. They are doing a great job with social distancing, so there's often a bit of a wait to get in, but it makes for a less stressful shopping experience.

Great produce. Good prices. What more can you ask? Better than Safeway/whole foods

Great place for amazing food. Very friendly workforce. They are there to help you in any way they can. Pleanty of parking available. This makes shopping easy.

This is a spectacular place to shop with your family. Everyone will find something delectable with so many specialty items that you definitely won't find at the local Safeway. Definitely visit Market Hall when you are looking for ingredients for a special home cooked meal.

Every morning I see crews hand pick, peel off layers of husk on the corn, wash and stack fruits and vegetables clean and disinfect displays, bake fresh breads and pastries, i love this place!!! TOP NOTCH QUALITY!!!

This place is The Best. I lived in Oakland for 7 years about 20 ago. I now live in Palo Alto. For the past 20 years, I still make periodic drives up to Market Hall in Rockridge for food. For any special occasions, especially the holidays, I order all of my prepared food from them. They're prepared food has no equal in the Bay Area. From Mariage frères tea to black foil appenzeller, their food selection is sure to please and surprise any foodie.
