CVS

CVS has changed recently for the better. I just transferred my medications from a different pharmacy yesterday. They were very efficient at getting my meds started up and we're able to refill the most important ones. I was super impressed when a pharmacy tech called me at home to let me know there would be a one-day delay on my med refill. Nobody ever called me at home from my previous pharmacy. I really like CVS pharmacy on Forest avenue in Chico.

Javier deserves a promotion. Some people tried to scam me & he prevented that from happening by asking me if I had someone on my cell phone that were asking me to buy a $75 American Express card. Javier went out of his way to make sure that I didnt get scammed. This man really does deserve a promotion. I have been shopping at this CVS on Forrest Ave in Chico on & off for years & Javier is absolutely one of the most positive & caring customer service representatives that I have ever encountered at ANY of your stores. Whatever is the highest score I could give Javier that's what I give him... Thank you so very much Javier.

I would like to give CVS a five star in Chico on Forest Avenue. It was very clean well organized as soon as I entered the store i was greeted with great excitement welcome in I was in and out I was nicely greeted by the supervisor Javi he was very knowledgeable about the store and gave great details on the deals and helped me save money.

Javi went out of their way to make our experience pleasant and easeful. Super thankful for employees who work to care for customers.

The staff, Shayen and Leslie were awesome! Super friendly and helpful. It's not my favorite layout, and reception is spotty at best, but I give 5 stars for the attention and help they offered.

I meant to write this a month or so ago but have been super busy. Anyway your pharmacist Sarah is amazing!!!!! About a month or so ago i lost my last birth control pack and was due to run out during the weekend. I had called at the beginning of the week and by Thursday hadn't heard anything. When I called CVS, Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I had the right birth control before I left on Friday. She was amazing!!!!! This extra effort helped keep everything good and was much appreciated! She even wrote a cute little note about enjoying my vacation on the package. Give the girl a raise, she's amazing!

Actually I'm very pleased with my CVS store.

This pharmacy is fantastic. I am diabetic and they contact me to make sure i have what i need, when i do have to order new meds I KNOW that it takes a few days, that's why you don't wait until the last minute....especially with insulin. I adore this pharmacy and recommend it to everyone!

Pharmacy is welcoming and accommodating for whatever I need. When there is only one pharmacist on duty, I see them working above and beyond for every customer. I will be coming back!

I love this store. All the staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile.. and they’re there to help you with anything♥❤

Excellent customer service. I have never had a problem and the employees work hard at making sure you find what you want and always give a greeting. Marty at the register is one of the first people I met when I moved to this town and she does a great job!

I absolutely love the CVS text message reminders and auto-refills. This store is always immaculate and everyone is always very helpful and happy. I love this pharmacy! Thank you! You guys rock!

You can pretty much be once and done here. They keep a great stock here. It's clean and well lit. I haven't found anything missing from my list here. I like this store and the people here.
