Target

Target is my go to store! The people who work there are so friendly and kind. I appreciate the lighting in the store as well as the fact that the floors are white as opposed to grey that most stores have. The store offers plenty of options and fair prices. I really like that there is a Starbucks there, and the people who work there are top notch!!

I had another great Target Drive-Up experience today. If there was anything good that came out of covid, it’s Target Drive-Up! It seems like the employees at the Chico location are friendlier than the locations I used to frequent when I lived in the Sacramento area. In general, my orders are ready for pickup more quickly than originally estimated. On the flip side, I’ve had more frequent instances of items being out of stock after placing an order. Sadly, I would guess it’s due to in-store theft which throws off inventory counts. That aside, I’m a loyal Target customer who appreciates the app + Drive-Up. Shopping for the essentials - and the occasional splurge - couldn’t be easier!

I have always liked Target. I really like it since they have added their grocery section. I find things here that I can't find else where.

The store seemed really friendly today, more than so; rather, liken to a family hosting another family, and Jorge in shipping was one of the most kind.

Nice food section. Organic selections, and some unique items, like raw nuts and ethnic sauces. Good quality meats. Lots of yogurts and ice creams. Kids school foods, etc.

I’m 82 with disabilities. My life is much easier using the Target App. The shopper who processes my orders are always correct. When our weather reaches triple digits. It’s some times harder to shop. The drive up service is a awesome convenience.

I like the service, products, and prices, both in-store and online. Returned an item today in-store because it turned out I didn't need it, and it couldn't have been any easier or quicker.

This is the BEST Target I ever went in my life!!! Everyone is so friendly and nice. Many associates really helpful when we need anything, they even went to the back or called other associates to check if they have the stuff in the back. And not like other stores, when we asked for something, they act like they don't care and just say "I don't know" but really go and look with us or ask other associates.

Drive up pick up was so convenient. We put in a late order after 4pm and was worried we weren't able to pick up our order until the day after. In just a few hours, we were notified our order is ready to pick up. We picked up our order around 8pm and was surprised Target's drive up pickup service was open until that late. My kids were super happy we were able to pick up their Toy orders as well! Thanks Target!

Associate was so helpful he went the extra mile when I was having a hard time signing into my app he asked for my name and said he would be right back with my order. I kept trying to sign into my app but I guess I was in a dead zone. I showed him my email and my ID and he said I was ok. He made my Target pick up so simple even though I was having a hard time signing in. This is why I will pay a little bit more to go to Target because of the employees! Thank you Chico Target you guys are so amazing!

I needed to pull up the QR code on my phone--i didn't know my Target password to get the QR code. The clerk was very friendly and accommodating. I left smiling. I heard the way she interacted with the clients before me. She was great will them as well.

Place is clean and the employees are great! The woman who did my checkout was especially good, wish I could remember her name. Super friendly and just made a quick errand at the end of a trying day feel pretty good.

Same lady I always deal with. Checks my ID and order info and comes back within seconds nearly every single time. Online orders are ready within the hour! Sometimes within minutes of placing the order. I have stopped dealing with the other store in our town because the service is faster and better at Target!!

Our cashier Darci was AMAZING she explained the Target app to us. Helped us find a Unicorn my granddaughter wanted. She was high energy, fast, friendly and could multitask while still helping us. I was so happy to have her as our cashier.

Love love love Target. It’s just so easy to shop at target In store or Online. Love that they have Starbucks inside. Their products are of good quality as well. One store to shop for all your needs. Thank you for making it so easy.

I appreciate the ease of returning items here. It really helps when you are in the middle of home projects and you know you may end up over buying or need to make adjustments.

Darci was the best cashier we have ever had. Very sweet, and actually engaged in conversation with us as the customer. Most checkers nowadays hardly greet you. What a breath of fresh air, thanks Darci!!!!

Very good selection of items and with their expansion into becoming a grocery store as well Target has become better than ever. Staff are polite and genuinely seem like they want to help you. Definitely would shop here again.

I really love this target! Compared to other ones I've been to in Sacramento, I can say that this is the most cleanest store I've been too. The people that work there really work hard and the customer service ain't to bad either. It's a great place for families and college students alike.
