Kohl's

The store looks great. I live out of town and hadn't been there for awhile. EVERYTHING has been cleaned up and reorganized. I didn't have any trouble navigating, self serve order pickup worked great and the new checkout area is set up similar to Marshall's stores with a single line funneling into multiple cashiers. There were lots of pretty things to look at along the way. Nicely done through out the store and very clean.

Always happy with the customer service here,and Kevin (not sure if he’s a manager or what?) Is always there making it a positive experience for both the customers and the employees from what I can see! They have fun a joke and I appreciate the atmosphere! Love this store!

Excellent checkout service. Coupons galore. You've got one, they'll take more, unlike other department stores. You know who I'm referring to. My joke is, I leave Kohl's thinking they're going to owe me money....their coupons are so generous.

I love this super clean and everthing in here very organized and it's easy to find what you like.

Why go to Goodwill when you can buy new, quality clothes on clearance for less? I love Kohl's because they have a huge selection and their clearance is amazing. And don't forget Kohl's Cash!

This is a very niche review but I just have to leave it. I had left a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses in a dressing room about ten years ago and my wallet in a cart a few days ago… Both times, angelic people had taken both my items to the customer service kiosk in the back of the store without hesitation. Nothing was stolen out of my wallet and my glasses were intact when I got them back. I just wanted to thank those people and I hope that good karma comes back to them ten fold. There are good people everywhere! A review on the store itself: the staff are always kind and helpful. They have sooo many options for clothes and home decor. This has been my go to store for clothes shopping for the last decade or so and I’m always complimented on my outfits! Highly recommend this Kohl’s and the lovely people who run it and shop there!

I had a coupon for 30% off and it was even applied to sales items! Wow! I got some really nice clothes for very low prices. I'm happy.

I haven't been here in about two months, and Kohl's remodeled. Custom Service is no longer in the back of the store. It is up front by the men's department.

It was clean and had a lot of different items.

I returned items I purchased online. Very easy. BUT the amazing thing is, I had no idea you could return Amazon purchases there. Good to know.

I've always loved how clean this store is, i gotta applaud the maintenance crew for there awesome work. Another mention has to be the cashier ladies, they always have a positive attitude and seem willing to help whenever something is needed. Only downside would have to be the pricing on clothing it irritates me seeing clothing on the racks for $2 and seeing something similar for $40.

Very nice, clean and organized store. Employees greeted me upon entering, and asked if I needed help several times while I was shopping. I was rang up in a friendly and cheerful manner and thanked for visiting then on my way out.
Good customer service is no longer a way of life so I was quite pleased with my experience.
Also they had a large and varied inventory to choose from with many clearance racks with great deals.
Kudos to the manager for providing a very inviting atmosphere!
