This market has great produce selection and great prices their staff is so friendly and I'm grateful to have this Grocery store in our community and write down the street from where I live. They support community organizations and also host customer appreciation barbecues. Other stores could use this company as a model.

One of the best grocery stores in Marin! Everything is clean and nice, and attractively arranged. Worth driving to San Anselmo to shop here!

My family has been shopping here forever. The staff feels like family, always friendly and helpful. They have local food and the best variety of things around. You should shop here for sure. Also, don’t get me started about their sandwiches, the best!

Always the best and kindest employees, the butcher can and willl make your cut if they're out. The deli crew is very on it and funny, they are great at getting anything I ask for paper thin. Then there's the gorgeous produce and informative employees there to help you find the thing you usually get that they moved during their nice remodel. They also are huge purveyors of local independent brands, I adore United. I'd say I've been shopping here since I moved here as a childwith 25 years of loyalty. There's even my best romance that United unknowingly moved along. P.S. best fresh Bread section around...

Always friendly staff! Willing to joke around at the register and laugh at my bad grocery related joke that day. The deli sandwiches are also amazing. Try their Dutch Crunch and you will know what a good Dutch Crunch rolls truly tastes like. They also are one of the few places that still puts that chocolate mint for after your sandwich is eaten. It is a classy touch that many deli and grocery stores have cut to save a couple bucks. It is truly an authentic local grocery store that I have always been a fan of.

For me this is the best grocery store around. It is locally owned always has great music playing. The produce is unmatched both in price and in quality. When the produce item is in season, it generally costs less as it should when it is abundantly available. I'm not sure why all stores don't do this.

United is a FANTASTIC local grocery store with great prices on produce and fair prices on everything else. They carry a nice selection of high-end groceries and generics too. Their prices are better than most chain stores nearby! And the service is fantastic. They respond to long lines during rush times, and they will help you find something if you can't. They always seem to have one or two people out in the store stocking who can answer questions and be helpful.

Excellent, high end market. They have chocolate in many options, including chocolate cream pie. When you walk in, there is a holiday section. I just got all my easter stuff without having to shop the entire market. Extensive liquor isle. Local and imported beer and a wine section. Fish and meat counter with real live butchers. Deli with hot food. This market doesn't lack in options, very friendly place and usually quick.

My favorite store. The staff is friendly and very receptive. I always feel like they know who I am when I'm walking through the aisles. Also, when my wife goes with our baby daughter, they really cater to her. You almost never need to wait in line either. They will open up another register immediately and get you on your way.

Great place. Friendly, helpful staff, good music while you shop. Good products, fresh produce, meats, and seafood. Covid measures in place. Always feel safe going there (during pandemic). Easy parking. Working carts.

Goodness, always has everything I need and well priced. Great customer service and checkout staff. Checkout lines move quickly, if any at all, parking abundant. New to SA/area, my go to store. Thanks!

A perfect community market, they donate to local charities and the service is far superior to Safeway. A great place to stop for lunch if you’re working in the area on the landscaping job or any sort of labor, the deli staff will get you what you need

Great variety, good prices, conveniently located between San Rafael and San Anselmo on Red Hilll Road. Also, wonderful staff. Lots of wine choices and organic food. Great for loading up before heading out Sir Francis Drake Blvd. to the Pacific coastline to whale watch.

Really great, frie dly and helpful people and (more and more) organic great produce and edibles generally. Organic, locally made bread. EV charging there, too, at BOTH locations! Support your fine local grocer - another excursion into happiness! Excellent coffee including espresso drinks, mouth-watering sandwiches, shade to park in... Yes!

Today they hosted a thank you BBQ for the first responders in our area!. They were out there barbecuing tri-tip chicken thighs and sausages all was so fantastic! And the store is very nice as well

I love the prices and the quality of their fresh produce. The deli rocks. The only problem are entitled white women who try and throw shade on you because..they're entitled white women.
