Spice Valley For Groceries -

Spice Valley is a family run store for Indian groceries that is clean and neatly organized. Sandeep and Tejal who own and run the place are very friendly and helpful. They carry most of the things you would need in your home cooking. The best part is the weekend menu they have for cooked food, sweets and savory snacks, appetizers. Their specialty is Gujarati food and Tejal has a magic touch in her recipes. They have many items that will remind you of your days in Gujarat and now you can enjoy them right here in Silicon Valley. Place is fantastic family run grocery store with amazing food. Sandeep and his wife are super nice and hard working people. Been coming here for years now as my work used to be next door. I now visit and bring home a lot of food any time i am in the south bay.

A very small Indian grocery store BUT they make the best chapati that you can carry out in packs of 10. Call ahead, they run out. Try their other take-out Indian breads: methi-thepla (fenugreek), parathas, dhokla, khamand, and more!
