SAS Shoes Santa Clara

This is my first review ever, I bought two pairs of the Guardian shoes (slip resistant) for work at this store 3953 Stevens Creek Blvd, great experience with John the manager when I was about to spend the $400.00 But then I came back with a pair that I wear 3hrs for two days indoors(my house) and the left shoe was hurting my foot so bad because of a bad design. So I went to the store for a ”exchange” or to see if I can get a replacement for the left shoe. But surprise John was there again but this time he was so aggressive defendant and arrogant telling me that shoes were all wrinkled and stained and that he won’t accept returns or exchanges and that the sales were final(Judge my shoes folks) lol. He offered to stretch the shoes and I said okay, he told me that it was going to take like 15min. While waiting I decided to call SAS shoes company and they apologized for everything that was happening at the store, long story short they offered a exchange but they wont be covering for shipping which I’m totally happy to pay.

Fantastic service with amazing shoes that look good and feel great!

I recently bought my first pair of SAS shoes and they are the most comfortable sandals I have ever had. Have looked other places but none had arch support. I wear them to walk my dog & general running around & comfort & support was felt at my very first walk with them. Worth the cost and I am carful with the money I spend getting quality product. The clerk who fitted me was nice & knowledgable also. Keep up the good work. I value made in USA, quality oriented products.

I like SAS shoes but stopped going to their store due to poor customer service. Recently, I visited the one on Stevens Creek, as my mom and I needed a pair comfortable shoes.

I had nothing but outstanding customer service. Michelr Brinkley, spent time measuring our feet and suggested a shoe that met our needs. My mother has knee and back pain and the shoe she suggested is very helpful and comfortable for her to walk around in. Michelle is kind, very professional, responsible and a caring person. This is what we need in every department store. This makes me want to go back again to get another pair for my sister, as she is in the same category as my mother.
