The employees were very warm and welcoming and were able to help me find some super cute items! The place was also very clean and organized.

Was greeted upon arrival and the sales associates were very helpful, will come again ! They have more sales than other stores.

They have a lot more woman’s clothes than before and a better shoe selection! The employees were friendly and the worker at the register walked me through how to pay with after pay.

Andy, the manager helped me very specifically was able to assist me with the size educated me with the fact that these run a little smaller he was super kind and I just made the entire experience easy and delightful. Thank you, Andy.

didn't get any help from the sales rep on the floor but they were holiday busy so I understand luckily I helped them out by convincing my friend to buy a pair of shoes no problem ill always come back because I simply love their selection of many different shoe brands

I made an online order and tried to do a return/exchange over the phone with customer service and it was literally like talking to a wall. I went into Finish Line at Ontario Mills and treated like a Queen lol. They helped me with my return and even helped me find a n and kicks!
