The food is so delicious. The Bonb sandwich is awesome and so is the BBQ chicken sandwich. Recommend!

Thomas at the deli is AMAAAAAAAZING!!!! He’s super friendly & makes the best sandwiches . The turkey club with spicy mayo and jalapeños on the side is to die for . Their Thai tea in a can is delicious when you pour it over

I've been going to Bay Ho Liquor & Deli for as long as I can remember. They are so nice and helpful and stock a good selection of alcohol, beer & wine. Their deli sandwiches are the best. I highly recommend this deli if you love good quality Boar's Head meats & cheeses like I do.

I wasn't super thrilled about the price. 20 bucks for a small sandwich. Tasted ok. But I was already shell shocked on the price plus additional 2 buck for a small pre-made side of macaroni salad. 5 stars anyway. Go small business.

If your going here just for the liquor, and ignoring the deli, you're missing out.
But if you're just getting liquor, I respect that too

Just moved to the area and i visit this spot on a weekly/(near)daily basis. Great selection of beer, wine, and liquor. I've only had a sandwich from the deli once, but it was delicious. Also, the staff is always great! very friendly... i'll be back tomorrow/or the next day!

If you know the Costco on Morena Blvd N, then on the way turn right at the light signal at Avati St. and right again into the small strip mall w/ Bay Ho Liquor & Deli & find a longtime quiet surprise for Bay Ho residents.
Small, yet "need this fast" full of items & treats & friendliness within walking distance, instead of a longer trek to Clairemont Town Square (if you're without car unexpectedly, as I am). I needed cat canned wet food after dark. Bingo! Yes, they have it! Ahh, relief!!!

My favorite liquor store because the main owner there is HELLa cool! He's always helped out my fiancee Michael & I with our usual customery needs and I don't know if this is just part of his job description or if this is something he goes outta his way to ensure he's doing for all of his customers or what, and that is, he always seems to put smiles on our faces no matter what the circumstances are upon arrival & departure here -like he makes sure that we walk outta there smiling- which I think is HELLa COOL!

Sam, Mark, and Thomas are the best! They know 90% of their customers. Definitely a local go-to liquor store and deli. Great sandwiches and large wine and spirits selection

The neighborhood convenience store with everything you don't need, but really want. Great beer and wine selection. Soda and junk food. Loto tix. Ice, propane, and sometimes fire wood.
