Love this place, favorites are the variety of chillies, fresh and dried. The fresh foods are really fresh, having a turnover that's seriously good. Really centrally located and easy to park. For a non-Latina, this made a lot of the recipes quite accessible.

Tiny but mighty. Perfect avocados ALWAYS. You can reliably walk in, pick perfect avocados, and eat them the same day.

Aside from that, tamales on the weekends (around the fall only), great meat selection, awesome tortillas, rancheritos, churrumais, produce, and anything else you need.

I'm very fortunate to live near this Little Market. Easy to shop here for fresh vegetables and a selection of different meats, some marinated. This Little Market has so much to offer with friendly service

I absolutely love our neighborhood Mexican Market! The staff is always friendly and helpful, their marinated carne asada is SO GOOD and they have all the staples you need for a good meal. Quick and easy stop on the way home 🤍

We were able to get Carne Asada already prepared and ready to cook. So delicious and the marinade was very tasty. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Their produce was very crisp. We keep coming back because they continue to provide excellent service with great food.

I love this store. Whenever I visit my daughter in San Diego California I make sure that I get to this grocery store as many times as possible. Their deli foods are amazing and their selections on the shelves are always stocked and fresh. The bakery section is a dream come true!

It is awesome come to the store after maybe a year or more and is the same owner they have great carnitas and chicharron fresh it was so delicious they have salsas different ones , they have almost everything in this market !! Great customer service 😀 I highly recommend !!! Carne asada , longanisa perfect for the grill !!! 😀

Nothing but good things to say about this local grocer. The best marinated pollo asado I have ever had in my life. Every time I show up I get at least 2 pounds of it. Also did I mention the pico de gallo? This is also the best homemade pico I have ever had. This place has saved me during quarantine as they are always on stock of canned goods and hard to find items like milk and eggs. I will always come back to the little store!

My favorite place for carne asada, pollo asada, pico de gallo and tortilla chips ever!!! We drive way out of our way to get meat and etc. there for tacos- so worth it!

Their staff was engaging and knowledgeable. They seemed genuinely interested in what I was cooking, and offered suggestions from their personal experience. Also, their house chicharones are incredible! They won't make it home!

Small grocery store that has fresh salsas and guacamole. They sell a couple of produce like tomatillos, some Chile. If you’re looking to cook up some Mexican cuisine then this place has the ingredients for you. The man behind the counter also helped me figure out a recipe. They also sell meat here.

Stop here on Saturdays for their tacos made in house! Fresh, hot tortillas make all the difference. Their meat counter is awesome, and their pre-marinated pollo and carne asada are great to take home and grill for a party. Always a crowd-pleaser when we serve up Tiendita tacos at home.

Holy mole,I found this small hole in the wall Mexican market, wow, they make their own chorizo,longaniza & Marinated meats. They also have hot comfort food 🙂 Lots of Mexican goodies for your pallet.

Best Rosca de Reyes ever, I never had it fresh before even in DF. Great store and the people that work there are cool.

I had to stop at this icon of Americana focklore...we have forgotten our " Pop's " stores that made america...this particular store reminds us how corporate companies have overtaken our communities...but here it is still standing..La Tiendita has variety of foods for a top chef to prepare..breads..kids candy and every type of refreshment...and piñatas to celebrate any occasion...the decor a la mexicana makes this a gem..hard to find...
