My friend got a flat tire. We had a spare but didn’t know how to put it on. We went inside and asked if someone could help us. Jon or John not sure of the correct spelling was so helpful and helped us take the old tire off and put the spare on. He was so nice and professional about it. Awesome job!!

Good coffee but not fantastic like we bought the previous night on our drive home. This machine did not grind the beans.

I came in here multiple times to get gas, snacks drinks ect, been discriminated for having a Mexico passport when trying to get cigarettes they say that they don’t accept those that I need a California I.D! To me that is a big discrimination due to not having a California I.d. I also went in today to try with my Mexican consular I.d which has an option on the back of the id to tap to the machine so my information pops up and the older lady close to the exit denied checking that and told me that they don’t except that?? Really.. so if there is people visiting from out of state or don’t have that then you going to deny service? Wow, I’ve been to thousands of 711’s around the whole Bay Area and never had this experience. I’m going to take action on this because that is just not right to do that. I will let everyone o know to not come here at all!

False advertisement. Says open 24/7 but everyday lazy employees are failing to unlock the door and help customers. It's 4:20AM the girl at the register brown skinned with braids saw me pulling up and ran to the back to hide. I saw her. I walk up to the door it's locked but she's bumping her loud music like it's the club. This is a shame. Aren't you getting paid to work. Either fix the hours or find employees who are actually trustworthy and have the store open when it says.

False advertising and cashiers need to be trained girl told me that is for some other beer then move it to that location why u have in front of modelo . But she refused to give me for that price and she says she is right and won’t move the sign really……

Stop for gas and water before work. First the cashier Laura ask me to wait while she cut up boxes. OK. After cutting the boxes she enter a side room for a moment. Came out of the side room as 2 white males enter the store and ask them what they needed. I said excuse me. Laura the cashier said oh just let me help them first . WOW I just walked out. Laura just wasted 15 minutes of my time and disrespected me. This franchise just lost me as a customer. I stop to this store EVERYDAY sometimes twice. I see Laura regularly she is always slow and looking high but this mess today was unacceptable!

Horrible Customer Service whenever you go in!! Disgusting Hot Food, it is NEVER Fresh!!!!! I Eould NOT Recommend this store at all!!!!!!!!!
