Gas prices are cheap (in comparison), and the store is well stocked. I don't know what causes people to rate them badly, I mean it's a gas station. How bad could they be?

This am pm is well stocked with a great selection on breakfast stuff. Most days I stop here for a cup of coffee and a pastry. Staff are friendly and store is very nice and clean.

Very very busy ampm parking seems to be limited very tight quarters pay attention entering and exiting.

Good place to stop just off the 580.

Only Cash or debit card plus a .35 cent fee if pay with debit card

Rude p.o.s. yelled expletive at me when I tried to enter the store to use the restroom. He then called the cops on me... still not sure why. All I wanted was to use the bathroom then get gas. That's lost business which is a financial loss as well. I went across the street to Quick Stop and was able to take care of my needs.

I had to add 1 star just to leave a review, but really they deserve negative 100 stars. Gas isn’t cheap. I will never fill gas here again! The bathrooms are absolutely offensive!!!

Do NOT try to buy gas here. Extremely poor customer service. I seldom give reviews at all. A company has to be really good or really bad for me to do so. This AM-PM ARCO location in Livermore, CA is really bad. Forgetting to buy gas at the Costco some miles east, my husband and I figured we'd not make it to the Peninsula without stopping somewhere.
So we stopped to purchase gas there right off the I5. Yes there is a 35 cent charge for using a debit card as another reviewer already noted. That is actually not my complaint. I said "ok" at the pump with the 35 cent charge but for some reason, after the approval and all seemed good, the pump wouldn't turn on. Did it twice with the same result and then went inside to pay since there seemed to be a pump problem.

The guy working was either drugged out or something really weird. He seemed to not be able to understand what was being said to him. No amount of trying to get him to sell some gas to us would work. He just shrugged his shoulders with a spaced-out grin like he was a clueless bystander to the transaction. So, literally I could not buy gas at this ARCO. VERY FRUSTRATING. There are other stations within a minute of this ARCO, just skip the ARCO and visit one of the others for your purchases.

Horrible service from the people who work there...and the MOST DISGUSTING STANK BATHROOMS EVER!!! Dont know if they have ever been cleaned. The smell singed my nose hairs and made me throw up damn near. I held it.

The stinkiest bathroom ever! No paper towels, I told the clerk, and he just looked at me like,,,,,he didn’t understand what I said.... avoid the restroom here...

BAD service, dirty restrooms and the staff very rude. Oh and if you pay with debit be prepared to pay a fee, wth!🙄😬🤯

Staff doesn’t wear masks & serves customers who also do not. No sanitation between customers. Receipts withheld.

HORRIBLE customer service, DISGUSTING and FILTHY bathrooms and the prices are marked wrong on a lot of items.

Bad service.manager there sims races to me, never have fresh coffee.

This place smells horrible. The service was also pretty horrible.
