Quite possibly my favorite shop downtown! The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. The products themselves are high quality and you can even buy refills for a discounted price. Great gift sets as for the holidays!

Wonderful magical delightful and yummy. That's just the smell when you walk in! Great selection, knowledgeable staff and really good prices. A regular stop for us,try to get all of my spices here. Still the same. Update: still awesome.

I want to say what a pleasure it is to deal with Ian the Manager. I received my order on time, but one of the bags popped open and I lost about 1/2. I emailed him some pictures. The next morning he let me know that he could send a complete replacement! I told him only to replace the 1/2. He is sending me a complete replacement. I love their spices and most of all I love the customer service! Thank you!!

Awesome place! We happened to park nearby and we were so happy they were open before we left. As soon as we walked in and started wandering around, the sales associate named Woody came over and gave us the tour. We happily tasted and smelled what they had to offer. So much good stuff. Woody even made us a custom jar of the paprika we wanted when there wasn't any on the shelf. Plus the prices were very reasonable. I wish we lived closer so we could come more often!

I just love this shop. As you approach the door the smell of the spices caresses your olfactory sense in the most delightful way. It's all a mess of course because the scents are so many and so varied that it is very challenging to pick apart the individual components. But the overall effect is just wonderful. Then when you get inside there is so much to choose from, so much to enjoy. Carolina BBQ inspired spice rubs, exotic cinnamons, different curry mixes, different vanilla beans, anise, nutmeg, and on and on. Various pepper corns. half a dozen different salts. It is a cornucopia of taste and scent sensations.
And the people are nice.

If you truly love to cook or are learning to cook. You must try out this fabulous spice shop. Spices at there freshest. Great friendly staff with tons of knowledge. This place may cost more but you truly use much less spice. It is very potent. Lots to sample and learn. Spices to bake and cook with. Please you Wii not regret it. You chose how much to buy a few ounces or a jar yummy.

I went over today to get cinnamon, which I use a lot. The saleswoman acted like she owned the place (and for all I know she might!) She grested me as I entered the shop, and showed me where to find the cinnamon: she explained they have 6 or 7 types and went into a lesson on the various types and what countries they come from, and how the flavors and intensities of each type vary. Each one had a tester for sampling, and I spent quite some time tasting each. I bought some of my 2 favorites; I bought by the oz. in a bag, rather than in the jar, as I have my own jars and it's less expensive that way. Lovely shop, vast selection of herbs, spices, blends, prepared sauces, and they carry my favorite brand of locally-made vinegar blends (yum)! This place gets 10 stars!

Awesome spice store with amazing variety packed into a small space. Very friendly and down-to-earth staff. Great place if you are looking for specialized ingredients.

Oh my, how have I not reviewed this wonderful place before. Well, I have been coming her for ALL my spice needs since they opened. I have watched the grow and thrive and make our food community that much richer. I take dozens of folks here. I have helped with demonstrations and I show folks why their spices are so wonderful when I use them in my own work and demonstration. They are lovely folks and always knowledgeble and professional. You not find better than their Ceylon Cinnamon, not even from Cinabon ;~>

Savory Spice Shop in Santa Rosa continues to offer a great selection of spices and other condiments despite the current restrictions. It was very easy to order online then pick up my order just about 30 minutes later...

I love this place for spices. The staff is always friendly and happy to give and share suggestions on how to use the blends. Also you can purchase the refills for the jars you've previously purchased.

Wow!! I mean WOW!! If you think you know spices, then come here and you will understand that the spices here are so potent you will only need a fraction of what you would normally use in your food with other regular "store bought" spices. Excellent selection of spices from around the world including Africa. Great store and wonderful staff!!

Great place to find culinary spices. The Saigon Supreme Cinnamon is amazing! Sweet without any sugar. Helpful staff. Fun to browse.

My husband and I, both avid cooks, have been coming here since they opened. Truly cannot have our kitchen without our favorite blends.

The spices at Savory Spice are the best. Prices are reasonable too. Never again will I buy old stale spices in the grocery store again.
