Always have enjoyed my time at any Barnes and Noble looking for new books, drinking coffee. The staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly with assisting on searching for new books.

I love being here!! Upstairs is super quiet and there’s chairs where you can read!
I used to come here as a teen and now I bring my daughter here. She loves playing with the trains.

This is by far one of my favorite locations. The staff here is extremely helpful and positive. The location is very large and usually quiet.

The cheer joy of shopping here put a dent in my credit card...... Three times i had to go to the cashier to pay loads of stuff, books, toys, etc etc. Stakeholders will be pleased 🤣

I just love this store! Friendly staff, very well organized, clean, peaceful setting. It's a great place to stop for not only books but also some pretty awesome gifts.

First time back to Barnes & Noble in a long time. Nice to have them open again. Fun to stop in and browse. I selected a book on beautiful destinations around the world. National Geographic always does a great job. It's hard to leave this store empty handed.

The store associate was very helpful in finding book alternatives to the one I was looking for. I also used their online service to reserve a book I was interested in. It was waiting for me when I checked out.

I've been going here what seems like my whole life. The building architecture is classic. Good selection of mainstream items. Will always recommend, just for the atmosphere of the store.

It is a great place to look for books also people can read and buy a book, manga or magazine. I really like it.

Love coming here to just relax and pick a book! I always leave with something! The staff are always very nice and helpful!

You can even bring your dog here if they're well behaved, if they bark they will ask you to leave as the store is quite and echoes.

Ahhhhh, there's very few things that I like more than the smell and ambiance of a bookstore. Went and picked up some Stephen King books I didn't have yet, and I was pleasantly surprised they had them. Staff was nice, friendly, and chatty. I loved it.

If you love books and you're near Santa Rosa this is a must visit. It's got 2 stories and millions of books. 📚

I've always loved this Barnes and Nobles! Been going here since I was a kid and the employees are always super friendly and helpful. Shelves are always full and we'll organized. And I can always find what I want here. Definitely one of the better chain stores.

I had a great experience visiting B&N this week. I went in for a gift bag and a birthday card. I noticed the Valentine's Day cards and bought some of those ... but my real excitement was finding a BOGO 50% sale on puzzles! The staff were super helpful in finding elsewhere in the store the exact puzzle I wanted. Then, the check-out guy was super-friendly and helpful.

I think the rumored demise of bookstores is just that - a rumor. This trip was to find some books for a long road trip we're taking this year. Being able to hold and leaf thru the books and talk to their knowledgeable staff was a pleasure. The book we were most interested in seeing was out of stock but they found it online and ordered it for us. Easy peasy. Love this store.

Went for a specific publication. Staffed well,staff member saw I was walking with can,asked what I was looking for and got it and brought it to me. Whoa service!
