Phenomenal customer service !!! Quite possibly the best of anywhere I personally have experienced . Due to unforeseen life circumstances I how to return items I really didn't want to, and they were so gracious and assistive without hesitation, it was refreshing and gratefully accepted. My first and only experience shopping at Corrick's and I am a customer for life. I wish more businesses understood the value of customer service at this level.... priceless

What a jewel in downtown Santa Rosa! I stopped in looking for a specific special gift! They carry such a unique and clever selection of creative finds. My customer service experience was top drawer too! Cheers to Melissa for taking such great care of me. Definitely doing some holiday shopping in there soon too!

Love this place! Everything for the consumate etiquette maven! From two tired serving platters for your tea party or delicate necklaces for your grand daughter and unique invitations matching your quirky style and / or traditional good taste. Love this place for birthday cards or holiday surprises. Leave yourself enough time to browse. It's a large place with many hidden treasures.

What a precious shop! Must visit next time you're traveling through Santa Rosa. I love that they have been in business since 1915!!! Shop California Owned and operated! Kevin and Jeri integrate their local community and sell unique products.

Matthew at Corrick’s was one of our favorite vendors from our wedding. He helped us design the most beautiful and delicate stationary for our black tie wedding. It was understated and all of our guests commented on how beautiful the invitation was. He was also an incredible dream to work with. He kept us on deadline in a gentle way, was responsive and communicative, and just generally very professional. In an age of online everything, having a stationer to work with personally made all of the difference and elevated our wedding stationary. We love Matthew and Corricks!!

My favorite place to browse. Cards, seasonal decor, a frame shop and Art from Art Trails. Has a new strong suit in puzzles. Remembers the old with Maurice Lapp oils and Gaye LeBaron histories and folds in the new. Also helpful. When I asked for a specific engagement calendar, they called when this year's arrived.

I love, love, love this store. I used to have relatives who lived in Santa Rosa and we always stopped here. I always allow myself 1 hour so I can explore every nook and cranny. Stores like this are hard to find now days. I support this store 100%.

What started as a treat Christmas season visit for the kids on our Thanksgiving Weekends has now become a family tradition for collecting a new Nutcracker on our annual visit vacation. The staff welcome us back each year like family.

Excellent, thoughtful customer service with one of the most comprehensive selections of office and gift items. The framing department goes out of its way to meet customer needs - much appreciated. Will definitely go back.

I had my wedding invites done by them, Matthew was incredible! We had a miscommunication in the early stages which resulted in an error (I began the process with someone else who does not work there anymore). When Matthew took over, he corrected the error and gave a very generous discount for the lost time and confusion. I couldn't be happier with the service AND my invites are perfect. Can't wait to send them out!
