Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

You won't go wrong using any Sherwin Williams store in Omaha. This store is no exception. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. They offer quality products to make a job well done. This is what we use at our house. We have tried big box store products in past and have learned to stick with quality products over cheaper prices. It pays off in the long run. This is your place to get the quality products you need to make your project last a long time.

Major shout out to Sherwin Williams at 76th and Cass St. I brought in two buckets of paint to be mixed because it's time to touch up our wall paint again (for the 7th time!) I just really love freshly painted walls. I asked them how to avoid all the dry paint flakes that float in the bucket from ending up on the wall. I use this terrible technique of rolling on the paint, then handpicking out the flakes, and then rolling over it again to hide my finger prints. They showed me the paint strainers which I didn't even know existed and then demoed how to use them. Partway through the demo he said he'd just go strain the paint for me if I had time to wait for it. It only took a few minutes but required pouring the paint from my buckets through a strainer and into new buckets. Could be a real messy job if I attempted it later at home. I heard his co-workers ask what was he was doing and the store manager quickly respond that he was going "above and beyond for a customer." I totally agree. He went totally above and beyond in way that wasn't necessary but much appreciated. So to the employee with the clean apple watch but now paint-covered hands, thank you so much!

Very knowledgeable staff, I uswd to go to another stain shop to get my custom matches. The other shop would take weeks to get me a sample. Sherwin Williams was several days. They have earned my business for all my stain matches.

After having an absolutely terrible experience at the Papillion location I drove across town to this one-off 76th & Cass. They were pretty busy for a Sunday but were very still very friendly. I told the young man what I wanted and that I noticed if I ordered online I could get a 30% discount. He said he can gladly give me the same discount. Perfect. While he mixed the paint another friendly young man did the check out. Very efficient process. In a matter of ten or 15 minutes I had the 4 gallons I needed. The young man even carried them to the car for me. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but they were great. A far cry from the rude employees at their Papillion location.

Super helpful staff! They helped me find the exact white paint I had bought three years ago. I needed it for touch-ups and was totally kicking myself for not writing the color down since there are a million shades of white but the staff found it and got a quart ready to go in less than 10 minutes!

Best paint store in town hands down. Ill drive out of my way to come here. Great service and great help. Makes my day just walking in the door. Chelsea, Dillon and Suzy are the best in town.

Jorge and Dillon were amazing! Not only were they incredibly nice and personable during my visit, they respected what I needed and what I didn't need - not trying to "sell me" on more than I needed, but ensuring I knew what I was doing. We ended up talking about HGTV renovation shows while we waited for the paint, and it felt like such an authentic human moment - which can be rare in stores these days with the pandemic. I went in with a sample of old paint for some touch ups and they were able to match the color exactly! Super friendly and very helpful. I'd definitely get all my future paint from here. Great quality!

I love this place. I could spend hours there simply looking at colors and designing rooms in my home. The folks here are also very knowledgeable and very helpful / patient when it comes to making the decision to paint a 22 x 13 x 13 room some shade of purple!
