Mangelsen's

I'd say Mangelsen's beats out the other costume stores in the area, including Spirit Halloween! Amazing selection of masks and costumes. Haunted house in the parking lot and farmhouse cafe next door! Can make a whole outing out of a visit. They also have tons of cool crafting and art gear, as well as fun knickknacks and goodies for gifts. Kids will find lots of fun things here. There's free popcorn up front, too, where you can sample all of their unique popcorn seasoning! It's all around a great store.

I enjoy Mangelsen. So many classes and fun group meeting there. Who knew you could find Halloween all year long. Now that is graduation? And summer is coming upon us. Great place to get balloons and party supplies.

Best place to buy practically anything! From party, birthday supplies, to costumes and super cool masks for cosplay or Halloween, and lots of craft stuff. This store has so much. First time there to get stuff for our son's first birthday party and right away awesome customer service. They had exactly what we needed. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to at least check them out you won't be disappointed.

Tori was a wonderful cashier. Loved the Magnolia candle I found while looking for craft supplies. There were 2 fellas working and they were kind and knowledgeable. I'll be back 🤗

This is my most favorite craft store ever!!!! I am surprised by how many different crafts they have. Anything from anything you need or need to know about quilting too anything you need to know about leather crafting and anything you need for it. They have all different skill levels available, so you never need to apologize for your ignorance. Just wish there will be more places/stores available in the future. Everytime I have been there the store is packed. I would highly recommend this store.

I remember going to this store as a little girl with my Mom. When I get to Omaha, I try to stop in. If they don't have it, no one does! It's so fun just to walk around & look at everything. Keep up the good work, Mangelsen's! Your staff is very good & so friendly too.

I’ve shopped at Mangelsen’s for many, many years. It’s always a delight to shop there. I love their fabric department. Lots to choose from.

The best local craft store in Omaha. I go there if I need anything baking related, cookie cutters, piping tips, flavorings, meringue powder, etc. They also have wonderful framing selections, fabric, stationery stuff, and other odds and ends!

This store has it all! My Fater & I stop into Mangelsen's when we are in town, we love to look around to see what they have. I found some items in their (after) Christmas 50% off Sale, one being the cutest Snowman! (See Picture)

Local art supply, crafts, sewing, party supply, cake decorating, Christmas shop and costume store with free popcorn. Obviously a very ecclectic place. This time we needed a cookie scoop, leaf decorations and a dowel rod. They did not disappoint. I like shopping local when I can.We didn't eat at the attached Farmhouse restaurant this visit, but would recommend trying it if you like farmhouse style and portions.

Discounted prices that won't break your pocket book many things to look at. Halloween is when I checked out the store. Highly recommended

Biggest store to vist very big and alot of great products and a predator aka alien vs predator movie character you can take pictures with which is very cool and a restaurant is attached as well so while you wait to be served you can explore the store and come back when your ready to eat its very good for birthdays Christmas ideas got so much stuff its like a adult dream store

I love going to mangosons. They have a big variety of beautiful crafts. I love their Christmas section.

I love, love, LOVE this store. I come from Denver to shop here. If you can dream it, they will have it. Whatever craft you want to do, this store has the supplies you need. Plus the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love Mangelsons, a unique and all encompassing art and craft center. Always good discounts and sales.

Great place to get anything framed, lots of craft supplies, and their seasonal selection for Halloween and Christmas are great. Their loyalty program is really good too.

The store has been rearranged in the party supply area. As always customer.service was amazing, helping to find a substitute for an item they no longer carry.

This was my first visit to Mangelsen's and I was definitely impressed. I want to start off by saying that they are Pet-friendly and my little chihuahuas loved being able to shop with me. The gentleman at the cash register was very polite and answered all of my questions about classes and the services that the store offers. I'm sorry to say that I didn't catch his name, but he was very nice. I also did not catch the name of the lady working the sewing/ fabric cutting counter, but she was super helpful. She gave us advice on our project and was very welcoming toward my dogs. We really enjoyed talking with her and will use her advice to guide our way with regards to our project. We also had the pleasure of discussing the Escape Room and cosplay with Jeremy in the year-round Halloween section. He gave us some great information about the Escape Rooms that are offered there as well as letting us know that Mangelsen's is working towards being a provider of cosplay supplies including makeup, skin-safe adhesives, and a fast-drying mold that is better than plaster. I will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is an amazing store.

I love how they still offer the free popcorn. And still keep this a family owned store.
