Kohl's

Kohl's is a big department store with a huge selection of clothing, jewelry, home decor, and kitchen accessories with a wide variety of brands. The store was clean, organized, and decently stocked. The staff offered to help a few times and seemed friendly. The bathrooms in the back were clean and smelled good. Not a bad store at all!

Associates were very helpful and beyond my expectations. All were very friendly and helped direct me to the areas in the store I needed. The young man who helped me check out is outstanding.

Great customer service.

Every time I enter this specific store, I get the same lady greeting me. I don't know her name but she is AWESOME. She takes customer service to a whole new level. My favorite Kohls to shop at.

Terrible experience trying to pay our Kohl's bill. I called 800 number and was told we could pay at Kohl's and use our "credit" card. My wife was first to go into the store to try to pay the balance. She could not pay as she did not have the Kohl's card and is not the "owner" of the Kohl's card, even though she uses the card and pays the Kohl's bill. She also could not remember the last four digits of my Social Security number so could not pay. There was also one person working behind the counter and a line of customers waiting to be waited on. She came home frustrated! After an errand, I went in to pay and was told I could not use my "credit" card, only a "debit" card or cash and there was also a line of customers waiting to be waited on and only one person working behind the counter. I left frustrated! My wife was in the car and by chance had the checkbook with her. I made a third trip into the store and paid the balance of what we owed. Between us it took three tries to pay our bill. You need to either change your policy and allow "credit" cards to be used to pay off a Kohl's balance or retrain your reps that answer your 800 number. We will think hard about supporting Kohl's the next time we decide to do some shopping.

We went to buy dress pants, and walked out with a lot of clothes and a coat.

They are working on opening a Sephora. I am very excited about this collaboration. I won't have to go all the way to Westroads Mall or Ulta Beauty to buy my favorite skincare and makeup products. The best part of this is that is very close to Dodge street. I can run all my errands at once and visit the Sephora at Kohl's while completing my errands. Looking forward to visiting the new Sephora.

Went in to get some clothes for my daughter ended up getting my wife and me shoes 3 new suitcases and clothes for my daughter. Spent $802 and saved over $800. Very clean store and way better selection than our store in Topeka.

The overall shopping experience is excellent. The Staff is friendly and helpful. The pricing is extremely competitive. The products available are awesome. I do wish Kohl's carried things for pets, Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

This place always has a world full of apparel and most of the staff are friendly and pleasant to interact with and it makes shopping here, fun!

We had selected two shirts but we wanted one size bigger of both. When we sought the help of a young male staff member, he in turn directed us to Bretta, who helped us find the right fit. She initially looked around the store to see if what we need was available. On realizing it wasn't there, she walked the extra mile.

She made phone calls to the Kohl's stores at other locations and stayed on the phone line with them, patiently furnishing all the details they needed.

She then updated us that one of the shirts was available at the 72nd while the other at the Oak view store.

We drove from here (Papillon) to the 72nd, and to our surprise we found both the shirts (size) that we wanted, at the same location.

If only the staff at 72nd were a little more proactive, she didn't have to call Oak view and this would have saved everyone's time.

I love shopping at this store! Kind and lovely people work here. The quality and variety of clothing and product options continues to improve, such as Sephora and Levi's. However, the positive and helpful attitudes of many of the employees make going to this store an uplifting experience for me!!

It is a huge departmental store and a one stop solution for all your shopping needs. Nice stock pile plus it is very organized.
Their jewelry section is thrilling & impressive. Good collection of shoes & cloths.
