Menards

Menards is my favorite big box store to shop at. There are a few different locations, they are all good! They have a huge selection of merchandise ranging from home remodeling supplies to groceries. They even sell decent greeting cards! Lol! The employees are very friendly and always happy to help.

I get a lot of my yard decor here. I find that they always have a wide selection of beautiful decor. They have all kinds and all sizes and all types. I always want to buy more then what I need and have to talk myself out of spending more then what I planned for. To add, they have a great variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs to choose from. Their garden center is no doubt one of the best. Besides your typical hardware store they have a wide variety of everything it seems like. Menards is a good value and always a good stop for your home projects.

Got ready to build a deck 4th of July weekend. I had no idea how much wood and other items I would need. Your mill department was helpful. They walked me through the process patiently.
I then ended up not keeping everything I purchased. Your customer service department helped me with that process.
I really don't like hone improvement projects - so your staffs help made it easier.

This store always have what I need at a very reasonable price.

If you need it they probably have it. Wide variety of brands and specialty tools. Very friendly staff.

Honestly this was an extremely pleasant visit. The staff was very eager and willing to help me find everything that I needed. I hadn’t been to the store before and was not familiar with the layout or where to find certain things and helped cut my shopping time in half. Their employees had a lot of great advice for me as well.

Great place for many items around the house including food items

Alex B. and Aaron have STELLAR customer service skills! My friend Angie was looking for a smaller version of a sealer for pet odors instead of buying the large one at 50 Alex found the smaller one for 15 when we actually thought it would have to be ordered. Now that’s going above and beyond all day every day. Stay AWESOME Aaron and Alex!!! Save big $$$$$ at Menards!!!

I had a great experience at this Menard’s and couldn’t me more thankful for Mike from the plumbing department for his incredible customer service. I had an issue with my small cleaning business at a clients home and Mike went above and beyond what I was expecting to make sure that not only I had a great experience at Menards but that my business was considered and taken care of. Great support from the staff. Was purchasing a 12,000 BTU window air conditioner. Very heavy and a team member there to put on the cart. At the checkout we were met by another team member who lifted into the Jeep. Great service.

Thank you to the guys working in the yard. Always so friendly and helping me load up materials. Today I had a low tire on the dump trailer and they went above and beyond and aired up my tire. Thank you!

I always enjoy going to Menards. The store is clean and well stocked. What a big variety they carry. All home renovations stuff and cleaning supplies groceries pet foods & treats and yard and garden center
Very nice store.

I have never had to repeat myself so many times as I walked around the paint department telling the older gentleman that worked there the SKU# I was looking for. I showed him twice on my phone with big bold font zoomed in, and told him NINE TIMES... 565-8100 (stretch wrap for moving and packing). Why was he not immediately on the computer looking up a location when he wasn't sure what he was looking for? He took me to 4mil and 6mil plastic sheeting, drop cloth, and sandpaper... he was certainly not well-trained for Guest interactions. I'm only giving 5 stars because we found what we wanted with the help of a different employee, and I've never had another issue before today with anything like this.

It's one of my favorite stores. Problem is I always spend too much even if I make a list. Their find in store option on their app makes items on your list easy to find. I could spend hours shopping here. Love this store

I work close by, every one is always helpful. I've shopped here for years. Their prices are reasonable, although they get most of their stuff from China. They must not pay their employees much as they rotate faster than I can keep pace with. I've been going here for about 20 years and I still don't recognize any one individual. Although last week I met a guy in the lumber department that had been there many many years. It was the first time I've ever seen him, and I get lots of lumber.

Ben at the paint department was so helpful finding the right paint for when me and my wife decided to remodel our living room. Such courteous and expedient service left me very impressed. Would recommend this menards location over any other menards or home improvement store in town.

I want to say a big Thank you to Taelore, Mike & William from Menards on 72nd St. They were very respectful, understanding and very patient!!! I cannot express how much help they all have been with my project! I will definitely be recommending this store and these few people every time!! Thanks again guys!!
