Hy-Vee Grocery Store

It is a store. Beware of sale items, check the dates. Bakery items taste prefrozen, avoid. High prices. But it is convenient. Dodgy fruit at times. Meats extremely priced. There are deals. Just use your money wisely.

Hey! There's a helpful smile in every aisle. What more can you ask for? Except also a great liquor store with really good prices. Seems like about a year ago they lowered the price on things like jack daniels, used to be like 52.99 for a 1.75 but now right around 43. Similar to Walmart.... so which store would you rather go to? Lol

BAKERY: service 10/10, pickup 10/10; I recently went and ordered a dozen and a half chocolate cupcakes from the bakery and I do not have photos because they are gone. The cupcakes were so fluffy and delicious that I want to order more. The frosting was just the right amount of sweet that it did not overload your senses. Overall the taste was 100/10. PLEASE ORDER FROM THEM 🤩

Incredible employees. Mariah aided with the sales circular so I purchased the Driscoll's blueberries and some freshly baked Asiago cheese bread from the bakery. Jan was very helpful. Also posting three photos.

I don't know why, but im partial to Hyvee like 80% of the time. Most of the time it isn't just about the items, price or qualities; but the friendliness from the staff upon every encounter. They see me often as I do a lot of door dash & instacart orders and they truly make those easier and my preferred order. Most times I'm able to grab a few things I'd need myself and end up chatting with the ladies. They truly make what I do, less stressful. Although i do personally prefer them 9 out of 10x, even if it means I have travel to the nearest one that is 10-15 mins away, vs any other local grocery store. i love their selections, prices and quality of items. Knowing they are rooted in the community, let's you know they actually care about others, not just stats and profits.

We went there for Covid-19 vaccination. It was a pretty smooth process. This store is very clean and has many great products to offer. Nice staff, good fresh produce, flowers and other stuff. It has starbucks too.

The staff very helpful and always friendly...we used them to cater our son's funeral and our rehearsal dinner and it was fabulous! Highly recommend!

Barb at the cashier lane is so nice and helpful. Very personable. Always reminds me of my Perks card when I forget.

I'm not from Omaha and no Hy-Vee where I live but I love this store. The staff is always super friendly and I can grab a bite to eat while getting groceries. What!?!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Wonderful, modern kitchen. Sizeable breakfast portions and clean/individual bathrooms. HyVee .. copy this concept and put it in your other stores because HyVee is slipping, but not this store.

This particular store is within our neighborhood and we have been going here for years. I’m just now realizing that the reason I have not done a review until now is that every experience goes smoothly. We were recently out of town and shopped at a local grocery store and that’s when I realized how good we have it. Keep up the great work!

UPDATE. I purchased a birthday cake for my nephew. They did an excellent job decorating!!!!

It's all in one superstore. They always have fresh vegetables and fruits, dairy products. There's an aisle for Asian food. The staff is polite and supportive. There's an alcohol shop, flower shop, USPS office inside this superstore. You'll find over the counter medicines as well. There are some offers now and then on products.

Hy-Vee is a great [local/regional] option as far as grocery stores go! A "helpful smile in every aisle" definitely rings true as there's almost always someone close by who'll help you out.

We ordered a cake from the bakery and the staff was phenomenal! They had great ideas and helped our cake come to life. The final design of the cake was adorable and tasted great. Amazing experience overall!!!

I like this Hyvee because it is always clean and in stock of the sale items.
