I was spontaneously tasked with purchasing a replacement TV on Christmas Eve. The store was Busy (not full on, all CAPS busy; but, there were PEOPLE present). Selection was slim given the time of year but they had a few options in the size range I was looking for.
The line was long and didn't wrap around quite like intended but the employees rolled with it. Everyone was nice, nobody rushed anyone out the door or anything like that.
Good people at a great place.

This location offers an infinitely more coherent shopping experience than the location west of here.

Bought a laptop on my birthday. It didn't have enough memory for my liking, so I took it back and exchanged it for the one with more memory. All in all, from start to finish, it took maybe 15-20 minutes, and the associates were very friendly.

Allen @ the geek squad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave clear, easy instructions and got my computer up and running and it didn't cost a thing! Thank you again and again!

Good customer service sucks that they can’t keep out on display because people want to steal ! But other than that it’s still a great place to get electronics

Took my elderly mother in to get a Jitterbug device upgrade.
Expected we'd have to wait awhile in the que for service, but it was only about 5 minutes.

Recycled an old laptop and bought a logitech mx master 3s as a gift. Good price on that. I've shopped at BB for a long time where I live in another state, so I can't really comment on the Omaha store, but I prefer to buy tech stuff from a local store rather than online, especially when gift giving for ease of return or exchange.

Fantastic help with landlines service and when checking out. Very helpful all the time I was in and when I had to bring it back.
I will not go anywhere else.

A bit of a wait both times I was there for Geek Squad but they got my phone fixed in 24 hours so I'm a happy camper. I would recommend a sign or something telling people what to do if no one is at the desk. I wasn't the only one looking a little confused.

Service was great and answered all my questions.

I picked up a charging cable and they said that if it wasn't the part I needed that I could return it right away. I didn't even walk out of the store after purchasing it and opened it and they didn't mind. This layout is different than the store that we have in our town but it carries the same type of stuff. I thought the sales clerk was pleasant and he did a good job helping me out.

I had to return an item today, and was dreading a long return time in the store. The man at the front door had my heavy item brought in by a young man, and taken to the customer service desk, where I had my refund taken care of by another friendly young man. I was out of the store within 10 minutes! Thank you, Best Buy!

We got helped right away. We needed a computer, monitor, keyboard and a mouse. We were in and out in 20 minutes with everything we needed.

Thanks for offering one of the best deals on Dyson Vacuum cleaner for memorial day. Their customer care executive over the phone was helpful in giving us details regarding the item and also in telling us the location where the product is available including the number of pieces left.
The in store staff were quick to help us too.

Overall a good experience. I placed an online order and it was ready within an hour or so. Walking in and going directly to the checkout is convenient and they had the item ready.
