Big Lots

I don't usually shop at Big Lots but decided to visit. Friendly employees and the store were decently stocked. Great selection on candy, and the pricing was fair. Left with a couple of bags of candy for the commute home.

I was at the que line and a customer is being rude and yelling at the cashier's face but the associate was still polite and respectful with the frustrated women. Everytime I shop at this store the manager and her team work so hard to keep the store well stock, organize and clean. If you're one of the impatient customer don't shop at Big lots go somewhere else because there doing an amazing job!

I was coming to town from Reno, and although their school section is small, Scott the employee who assisted me was very welcoming! His customer service skills were excellent, definitely enjoyed my visit. The store wasn't too busy on the evening of the weekend I stopped by, and best of all the prices for most of their specials were also at half off.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Big Lots employee at the Santa Rosa store. Monique was amazing. She was pleasant and very well informed. Helped me find discount I never knew I had. I reslluappreciated her.

I was looking for a recliner and they had just want I was looking for, and on sale. The clerk went out of her way to help me. Very good experience.

Big lots is a great store, Love the prices you never know what you'll find. But you have to buy it when you see it, because you never know what they're going to get back in stock. They have a good rewards program that sends coupons. The staff have always been courteous.

I can never go into this store and leave with just what I came for lol There's always good deals here. The people are always friendly and super helpful. The store is usually kept tidy and everything is easy to find.

I love this place! The manager helped me look for what I wanted, and helped me to my car. I got way more than I planned to, but next month is now covered for most staple/pantry/snack. And I only spent $80, and that included new bedroom slippers (nice!) and new pajamas! I feel like I robbed the place!!

Enter Big Lots to buy 1 thing, Leave buying 12 things 😐 Shout out to the sweet Virgo cashier who told me his love story as he saw my Scorpio tattoo and asked, "Do you guys ever forgive?" 😂💔 I listened a bit and gave him my advice to let her be in charge ♏ and went on my way. You will find love sweet Virgo ♍💗

These Big Lots Employees work hard and put up with a lot of different types of people who give them a hard time. Always respectful and very professional. Major Kudos to all levels of Management for a great job well done!

better prices and selection than most discount stores. tho even they are showing inflation. usually very empty and easy to checkout

I went there to buy a a table I had seen a few weeks earlier and wasn't sure if it would still be there, I got the last one and it was discounted. They are going to be expanding their grocery section soon so if you go there for that you will like it.

I got some cat treats at a really good price and I got the store discount card for the next time I shop there. The people are really friendly but the store needs some stocking.

I really like this store. I worked here years ago, and still shop here. It has prices I can afford.

Great place to find things you weren't looking for. My husband and I go there every week when we are doing laundry.

All kinds of great stuff at great prices. From pasta to toilet paper, lots of products. Easy to navigate, and very helpful staff.

Love it! Always have great gifts and reasonable prices on foods and household items!
