Andre was awesome. He was very knowledgeable with the phones. He helped us streamline our services and got us into updated equipment. Best experience by far during what sometimes is a confusing process Andre made it quick and seamless.

Sophia was an amazingly polite, knowledgeable, courteous, patient representative for AT&T. I was openly ready to move on to another provider. Sophia listened to our needs and concerns and within minutes put my wife and I at ease by providing us with options that directly addressed or needs. What a wonderful experience. We have purposely been putting off our visit based on prior experiences with other customer service reps in the past. I can honestly say I feel so much more comfortable knowing Sophia is available to speak with.

Ervin was a very nice guy. He took time and tried to help the best he could. He was fast and efficient and got us out of there quickly.

I needed to change my service plan since it was going to expire. I went to the Mechanicsburg AT&T Store, and as always, was provided with excellent service. Not only did they help me come up with a new plan...they helped come up with a better plan for both of my iPads. Chance and André are keeping the great reputation of this store at the highest level.

I received the best customer service from Andre at this location. He was patient with me as I was indecisive on which phone I wanted to purchase. As soon as my mind was made up, I was out of the store in less than 30 minutes with all of my items.

Andre was incredibly helpful! Andre was extremely patient and professional over the multiple visits that it took to work through a complicated network issue. His depth of knowledge was invaluable. Can't recommend enough!

Andre is honestly one of the most helpful people I've ever ran across in an AT&T store. (That's not to say anything negative about anyone else who works at AT&T. I've always had good experiences.) I appreciate how dedicated he was and how far he went to make sure I got what I needed. He made my experience there as smooth as possible. I appreciate it!

I had an emergency phone situation, it was making a horrible noise, I could not get it to even power down. I got to the store and was greeted by Sophie, she stayed calm and helped me power down my phone and calmly continued helping other customers and myself keeping the flow of the store moving . I feel We all left satisfied . Sophie did a great job and has an amazing customer service personality

Andre was awesome! He was quick, and set every thing up easily and efficiently so I could have a brand new line up and running in no time at all. I was starting a brand new service, and went to AT&T as my first stop, though I knew I wanted to choose them as my provider. I would 10000% recommend Andre; as someone who is new to this whole, getting it together thing, I love that he asked a few questions, got me a phone based on what I was currently using, and set it up in no time at all. I have dealt with Sprint for almost 9 years, and they've never been as user friendly. 10/10. Go see him!

This was our first experience with AT&T and we were very pleased! As soon as I walked in I was approached by a representative and he was able to make the switch from another company a very smooth and pleasant experience. We were very satisfied with our service!

Went over early this morning because my old iPhone was no longer holding a charge. Got a new phone, they set it up for me and I was out in a little over 30 minutes. They were very courteous and professional.

I went into the AT&T store on Carlisle Pike today and Andre the employee helped me.... VERY knowledgeable of what was going on!!!!! I did not purchase the phone there he helped me transfer my service from iPhone 8 Plus to my new iPhone 11 Pro Max!! I’m sure this young man is underpaid he gave great customer service and you can tell he enjoys his job just how very respectful he was to me and the other customers that were in the store!! He knew all the answers to my questions very very satisfied customer!!!! Good employees are hard to fine and this young man it’s a very good employee!!!!
