The staff at this place are all really good guys. They seem to be really appreciative of my business every time I go in. The manager is great with people. He was very knowledgeable and helpful while I was pursuing an interest in kratom. Incidentally, this shop carries effective kratom products.

I'm always looking for great places to shop for my smoking supplies in Lakewood, and Up In Smoke is definitely one of my favorites. Not only do they have a great selection of products, but their customer service is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they always remember me when I come in. The atmosphere is also very welcoming, and I always feel comfortable shopping there. I have been a loyal customer for years and would definitely recommend Up In Smoke to anyone looking for a great smoking supply store.

The folks at work in this place are always happy and you just want to go in there just to see them. The prices are fair for being off The Rez but as I said it's the people that work there that keep me coming back

I love this place, the dudes are so friendly and informative and they help u decide what would be best for you. They dont lie. There prices are amazing for both cigs and pipes dab rigs and bongs too. Thank you up in smoke for being an amazing store.

My wife and I came in for some tobacco supplies. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, kind and courteous as well as excellent customer service skills. We will definitely be coming back.

The guys at work there are nice and respectful and they always have a smile and they're always in a good mood they're pretty cool

They are super nice people. All the employees, and the owner are very friendly. They are eager to help and answer any questions. And if you're not satisfied they will do what they can to fix it. There are other smoke and vape shops that may have better prices, but the quality and service doesn't come close to that of Up in Smoke. I'd rather pay a few more cents or even a few more dollars here. It's worth it.

The owner and employees are always helpful and friendly, but my son and I both agree. The employee with the sleeve tattoo (sorry, don't know his name) is by far above the other employees when it comes to customer service he is always up beat, friendly, smiling as he greets each customer and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of products and stay stocked with their items. Several of their items are usually better priced than competitors and it's their regular prices, so you know your not just getting a good sales price or have to worry about watching for sale or them being out of stock constantly like other places!!! Keep doing what you're doing as a small business and you'll continue to have loyal customers, while building your customer base!!!!

Always got what you need great smoke shop and best prices. Got a product today actually and was 50 bucks less at UP IN SMOKE than 3 other smoke shops. The two gentleman are great at helping you find what ever you need. Friendly atmosphere.

I used to work here and I can say that we have the best customer service & the best customer base in the entire city of Lakewood. We all treat eachother like family, employees and customers alike. I really enjoyed working with my fellow employees while I was there

$7.14 King Mountain's is pretty good price and the cashier is always nice

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that have always been willing to help navigate me through rolling my own cigarettes , to answering my questions about getting started vaping, even pointing towards lower cost alternatives to save me some pain if rolling my own isn't for me.

I'd recommend them to any smoker. You could get cheaper on a reservation, but you won't get the same great service, and that's worth it to me!

Every employee makes you feel special. They give you service like you are their best friend. I go by here to purchase stuff even if I can get it on Amazon cheaper just because they are so nice to deal with and so knowledgeable

Really good customer service and a wide variety of different smoking devices and nicotine products.. The Vape juices, salt-nic juices,replacement pods and coils were really well stocked, and there are plenty of new Vaping devices. Lots of items to look over but I was in a rush so I can't speak to all of them. The guy who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me out with different products that I might buy in the future. Definitely will return and spend more time checking out all the various products.

Sorry UP In Smoke, I totally meant to give 5 stars and am not sure why it gave only 4 until now. Highly recommend that anybody on need of anything that involves smoke of any sort...GO HERE and be HAPPY!!!!

Friendly and great prices, they always ask me to try the vapes before I leave, the one time I forgot the device didn't work so he had me try another of the same brand which also didn't work so he swapped one of my choice and called it a day. If I'm in town I'll drive here over anywhere else!

I always buy my glass pipes here. They have such a variety for a good low price. Never disappointed and love that I am getting locally blown glass. I love supporting local businesses.
