Generally, clean and staff are always friendly. The store setup is odd for a 1st timer but once you understand the lay of the land it isn't that bad. Overall it's everything you could need from a grocery store. Also, their club card (free) saves you a lot of cash and accrues fuel points which will get you 10 cents off per gallon for every $100 spent.

Busy holiday weekend, store was packed. Impressively clean and well stocked. Lines stayed short as more check stands were opened when needed. Staff warm and welcoming. Couldn't ask for more.

Always a great experience. The staff is awesome. Been going the since it was Albertsons. 40yrs ago.

Order pick-up service is extremely beneficial for senior citizens especially when time between ferries is so limited.

Store is well stocked. Quick in and out with self checkout stations. Parking lot is adequate for store.. easy access also. Friendly assistance which is great. Great shopping experience overall.

It's a supermarket either a wide variety of articles, food and more for the entire family. Employees are specially attentive and the service is great!

I order groceries online from this Safeway, and I have found it to be very convenient and reliable. I love it. Plus, they have great sales, digital coupons, and club card prices which can save shoppers a lot of money.

I really have to let this Safeway know what a gem they have in their pharmacy. She was personable, compassionate and worked hard to contact my husbands doctor to configure a better way to help my husband figure out his prescription. I believe her name is Alex if I remember right. She wears a button with her preferred pro-nouns and picture of her cats.

Always kind and smiling faces, whether in the pharmacy,bakery or the store in general. Prices get up there sometimes but the smiles n customer service is worth the five stars. Dont know about your Safeway, but that's how it is at ours here off Steilacoom Blvd. in Lakewood, Washington. Good Day .

Not the cheapest but clean and some of the freshest produce around. Prices are cheaper (sometimes way cheaper) on select items if you join Safeway's savings club. It's free to join. Morton and Bassett spices are cheaper using club prices. No appointment needed for flu/COVID/shingles vaccines. Nice 🙂

I absolutely love the the pick up service at this location. The selections are just as if I'd shopped myself. I ordered a cake mix and other things to go along with that. Holly actually called me and said "it looks like you're going to make something and we're out of the cake mix you ordered. Can I sub another flavor for you?" Thank goodness because I needed that cake for a birthday. Rather than just leaving it off my order because they were out of stock she called which I appreciated.

Unfortunately I had purchased an item that was really, really expired beyond taste and it was not very tasty. Called and spoke to Krystal who was the Person In Charge. She handle the situation with empathy and consideration of the matter.

My original trip there I had picked up some deli food and the worker advised which was the freshest so I wouldn’t be getting old food.

Lines were a bit long, but cashier was handling a situation with a gift card balance with the customer two ahead of me, but handled it like a pro.

Overall, each time when I visit which is frequent, I always have great experience with the employees and also the store is always layed out in a organized manner where I am able to easily locate items in a reasonable time.

This particular Albertsons is too notch in my book. The moment I walked into the store I was treated like royalty. No joke. And all I needed was quarters to do my laundry at my apt. complex. Then I began to frequent the store more I felt as if I was at home. Anyhow I feel that these associates that work here are above and beyond the willingness to serve mark.

Clean and tidy store. Most of the employees are very kind and helpful. The customers are repeat and there is just generally a good sense of community. We could save a bit of money elsewhere, but choose to come here. We are always hoping to end up in Sunshine's line - she's the best!

Always friendly customer service, check out ladies are freaking awesome, gives my kid coloring page every time we come, or a sticker.

I was talking to a lady in line about kids and the funny things they do and I started to cry. My daughter who I adored died last year of an overdose/poisoning (fentynal) and I still cannot talk about her without crying. The cashier could tell I was crying and asked if she could give me a hug and pray for me. Of course I'm going to get support whenever and wherever I can. I thought she was going to 'keep me in her prayers' type of thing- I was wrong she hugged me and put her hand on me and said a prayer right there. I was so shocked I couldn't even say anything but thank you. I had been praying 🙏 for support/help as my daughter was everything to me and I can barely function. This was a Doordash order i believe and completely unexpected. I will never forget her kindness and prayer. There are great people in the world still, and I plan to do something for her I just haven't figured out what.

I lived in the area from 08-11, and this Albertsons is much improved. They have a clean store and keep the restrooms nice. They improved their bakery and deli sections, and the cashiers are very helpful. Their produce is a lot more fresh that other local grocery stores. And if you have any issues, their management actually takes you seriously. Highly recommended!
