Walmart Supercenter

My experiences at this particular Walmart has been excellent. I'm not a consistent shopper here but visit often for grilling supplies and seasonings I can't find at other stores. I even came across the limited edition of Goldfish crackers with Old Bay Seasoning😋 when no one else had them. This resulted in me coming a few times to see what else they carried that I wouldn't expect. Overall, the running jokes and horrible stories heard about Walmart shoppers and staff will not be experienced at this one. Only good vibes, great bargains, and surprising finds.

The guys who help with my order was polite and very patient plus they had great attitudes especially that I had a huge order. Thank you to the guys for there help yall are awesome 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

this location is always busy. so put on the old happy face and get what you need from this very clean but crowded super store

I use the pick-up option frequently and it is a WONDERFUL service, I'm so glad they offer it.
Always punctual and accurate, very polite and efficient. I'm so appreciative of the time I'm saved. All the employees have been so lovely.

Didn’t receive good customer service on that particular day that I went. September 9th 2023. I wanted a straight edge shaver. When I get to the aisle the merchandise there was locked and needed someone at the store to unlock it so that I can get it to take it to the cashier “similar process as to how it works with the electronic area” my issue is that when I went to the self check out area and ask someone how can I get the product I’m looking for she said I need someone to do it but she didn’t show interest in getting someone to unlock it for me. I went back to that same isle and meet a floor employee that told me I should go to the self check out “where I went previously” and they should call someone to get the item for me. I went back and talked to someone else at the self check out area that told me they need to call someone to help me at that time the person I spoke with the first time joined our conversation and said they already call someone but they weren’t anyone that could help me. I can’t understand how you have locked items and don’t have anyone to help at any given time. It was same area with the cologne and stuff like these I guess they are considered valuable items or some maybe as a weapon since they have a blade. Idk but why do you have locked items and no one to help????

It's honestly one of my favorite walmarts around. It's got a huge and clean parking lot with lots of trees, bushes and green grass out front. The place inside is very organized and easy to navigate. The staff aren't the best tbh but they're also not the worst.. Because of my age, the style of clothing I wear and probably my haircut or facial hair I get the occasional nagging or following of from the employees here and while this isn't to troubling because I purchase everything I'm picking up its still annoying and makes me feel very judged and slightly disrespected. That's not to big of a deal for me as that happens to me nearly everywhere I go, I guess a lot of people are stealing from stores in my area? Anyways there are plenty of check out stands that get you all bagged up and ready to go decently fast considering the amount of people that are constantly shopping here. Anyways it's Walmart so as y'all already know it's your one stop shop for damn near everything and this one shines a little brighter than the rest of em do, I'd recommend checking it out.

I went to get ps5 and it was quick purchase and the guy who was on elc department nice and offered me the 3 years warranty plan . The lady who was checking the Receipt super nice as well recommend to go and get your things from their easy to get in and out

I bought tires and got an oil change and although the people were mean the prices were great.

Great store! Everything that you could need under one roof.

Really surprised me what a broad selection Walmart has of tasty wines, organic food, food for all kinds of dietary restrictions (gluten free, paleo, dairy free, you name it) all at really decent prices. Plus, you can then wander over and get some auto parts or socks or whatever random thing you need. And, the staff were very friendly. The line was kind of long when I got to the checkout, but after a minute or so they opened another cashier. So, I got through pretty quickly. I haven't spent much time here in the past. I think that's about to change.

Lakewood Walmart is my favorite location in this state for Walmart. It's organized and has the most helpful employees.

Although it was a busy Saturday afternoon, several associates were very helpful. I especially want to commend Shalisa for her customer care and knowing the value of the new handheld checkout technology! She was so pleasant with the customers in the garden supply area. She knows her stuff!

Your cashier April, who was working tonight, was an ANGEL. I had about $10 to feed two mouths for a week, and no one made me feel like I was casing while I was looking for cheap food. That is so rare these days.

Got there just before closing and I must say this was the best visit to a Walmart ever for me in and out in under 20 minutes, and I had to get something out of one of the locked cabinets in sporting goods and this day, the staff was extra helpful not to mention quicker then normal. My advice you want good, quick and helpful service at a Walmart? Show up a half hour before they close and you will be in and out before you know it.

This place has everything. You could spend hours there and not see everything.

It was a basic stock up trip for my daughter -& her husband's new apartment. Planned on spending around 200$ ended up closer to 300$ store is laid out so you grab more than you planned on. It's good for them, not so much for the customer?!!

Helpful when I needed to find something edible that was not on the normal food side of the store.
