Wonderful customer service. We really appreciated this store and the friendly helpful employees. We bought an item that ended up needing to be returned. When we arrived there was a local outage because a vehicle had taken out a power pole and Internet was down impacting many businesses in the area.

The employee at the store took our item and then promptly processed the return after the service was restored. This saved us a return trip to the store and a lot of frustration.

Helpful staff and prompt shipping. I ordered a large item for pick-up. Despite it being awkward and heavy the staff took the time to get it positioned and loaded correctly. Good prices on what I purchased. Will definately continue to use them.

Absolutely the best prices and customer service. I ordered my product online and was available for pickup the next day. I very much appreciate the curbside pick-up and employees overly cautious wearing masks and gloves. Employees were very prompt and friendly.

Been trying to find a ballast for a couple weeks and seemed to be getting nowhere until I called Grainger. They have excellent product knowledge, a great customer service philosophy, and were able to take care of me in about 20-minutes - Eric on the tech-side was very helpful, so thank you and now I can finally check this "to-do" off my list!
