Insanely good customer service. Kevin is absolutely wonderful. Helped me with some order drama over the phone and was able to update my address directly with UPS which no company has ever been able to do.

And of course, love buying local to the PNW. This gear is on par with Arcteryx without the luxury brand premium up charge. Just buy everything from here! You can’t go wrong!

The best outdoor gear and it's made in the states. Quality is top notch and the customer service is great. The older military gear they made is the best out there and the new lineup is not disappointing either. The rig jackets are my favorites when the weather is really not cooperating, whether the lightweight in the spring or fall, or the full on softshell for wet winter days. Water just rolls of this gear, don't settle for imitations. They don't compare.

As stated by the other Gents, both the product and Ladies that assist you at the factory store go beyond good. I came in from out of town and just happened to remember that Beyond was local to Seattle, so I came by to see what they had in the store front. Great experience as I bought two versions of their A3 insulation off the reduced rack. I came back two days later to get a softshell and the associates were more than accommodating in showing me (providing me suggestions--thanks!) different colors and cuts (versions). They didn't have the particular color/older style of A5 in my size at the store, but I went with their recommendation after looking at a different size of it. The Ranger Green version shipped from their warehouse the next day (free shipping) and I received it three working days later--the associate's recommendation was spot on and I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely phenomenal service and quality from the brand. If you are an outdoors man or woman there is no better place to get information and clothing to brave the elements. They have a unique layering system that can keep you dry when its wet, warm when its cold, and cool when its hot. I'd compare them to patagonia but the quality here is much higher. A lot of their clothing goes out to the special recon branches of the military for only the harshest conditions. Oh yah, and its made right here in South Seattle, props.

Beyond Clothing is an outstanding alternative to the REIs, Northfaces, etc of the area if you are looking for quality performance clothing. Especially if you are Current or Veteran Military personnel. I having served as a member of the 2nd Battalion 4th Marines 2002-2005 was surprised to see "Rudy" Reyes who served as a Recon Marine ( respect and Semper Fi )included in the promotion of their products. It just further advocated what their website clearly demonstrates. Professionalism and attention to detail with the clothing products they are marketing with that tactical mindset military personal are familiar with. The various clothing and layering system is made with amazing quality.

The store section of the building itself is small (about 4 clothing racks at maybe 2 meters length each and 2 fitting rooms) However the two working at the front desk when I visited more than balanced the lack of on hand store selection with dynamic quality customer service. Jessie and Jordan worked together and made sure my wife and I were taken care of while browsing and while I decided what purchases worked best for me. They were very accommodating, provided me the answers to my questions, and definitely gave that little extra So if you have a chance to visit the store yourself, I would highly recommend it. Its quite the hook up compared to a standard online purchase.

I would say if you are looking for some general and generic outdoor store clothing you might want to look elsewhere but if you want specialized clothing made for a distinct purpose, environment, and situations Beyond Clothing may have your clothing answers.
