McDonald's

I quit going to McDs some months ago due to slow service etc etc...however I was pleasantly surprised s few weeks ago when I went inside and ordered and the food order was ready in a few minutes and was correct. A very nice and pleasant young lady behind the counter corrected an order from the previous day. The service and food is much improved. Congrats

The best service & the nicest people I've interacted with in a long time. At a time when most McDonald's employees are thugs & lazy kids who don't know how to treat customers, this is refreshing.

I love this McDonald's. This is the only McDonald's in the area that has not ever messed up my order. The employees are also very friendly here. I will definitely continue to come back.

I arrive sometimes at about five fifteen AM so that I can select a meal for my autistic friend as I take him to his work at six am. Every time I have ordered here there is a friendly crew member, the same one, who gets my order correct and says "Good morning" and "Have a great day". She should get a raise for her exceptional customer service! I recommend you come here in the morning time around 6 am and you will see what I mean.

Needed a snack after work this evening and honestly quite happy with the results. My fries were fresh, shake was delicious and McChickens were cooked and built like the picture. keep up the great work evening Thursday night shift!

So I’m not trying to be funny, but the guy with the missing teeth I don’t know his name so that’s the only way I can identify with the gray big beard was super rude to me I asked for a water at the last minute, and (he said you could have told me at the the food menus) his weird not mine…. and rolled his eyes I honestly forgot
Did not have to be rude like that and Iam a bartender I was going to tip him five bucks just for me doing that last min!!!

Stopped in for our first time for a quick breakfast during our move from an apartment to our new home. We're quite surprised by the cleanliness, polite associates and the great breakfast deals. Even stayed for a second cup of coffee! Thank you for a great breakfast experience! We WILL be returning. :-)

Normally my visits are great. I'm a drive-thru person. I was surprised when the line wasn't long...but after I ordered, there was a wait. The window workers were great. I had to pull into a waiting spot because they were holding on hashbrowns & coffee. I found there were many cars holding 😳 When they brought my order...they forgot the coffee (he was nice & went& got it). Perhaps they were short-staffed that morning or having issues...because it wasn't normal. I frequent there on Sun mornings. Hopefully it got better that day💫

**UPDATE**
When they first started using AI, it was great! Had no issues with my orders. But about a month or so ago it was down & updates were made. Since then I haven't been able to make my multi-order without frustration (single order is fine). I order a #1, sausage mcmuffin & egg mcmuffin sandwiches. ITS NEVER RIGHT. AI makes it Sausage Mcmuffin meal & 2 egg mcmuffin meals or 2 egg mcmuffin meals, sausage patty...IDK. I've tried saying it multiple ways, like #1..next item sausage mcmuffin sandwich...& I watch the screen do its own thing. It gets really frustrating. There's been no fix. This last time I kept saying my oder wasn't right, a person came on & said "you can pull around, I heard what you're trying to order" & she fixed the order. I just dont understand why AI won't just take the order I'm giving versus making up her own stuff, which is wrong. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against AI, just frustrated it's not taking my order as I give/say it. Of course I still go weekly...I just hope it gets better. Now I just prepare myself to argue with the drive thru AI🤣

**UPDATE UPDATE** 9/17/23
When I went through the Drive thru this time, my order was perfect! AI was finally recalibrated. It got my order correct, as I ordered it. Frustration over👏🏽
When I received my order at the window, I noticed I had an extra hashbrown. I told the worker & he responded "well, now you have 2...Have a nice day." How sweet.
Food & service, back to 5 stars.

I’m not sure why the average reviews are so low. I’ve been coming here for about a year because of a nearby job site and the staff here are incredible. They are friendly and the most polite I have ever experienced at any McDonalds. They are always making sure everyone is happy. Love coming here! I wish these guys were closer to my house!

We didn't eat there so... There's that. I love McDonalds I have always loved them. My first job was at McDonald's, it was just a walk-up small shack with ..yeah I'm Old. But I will never stop going there. 😎

It was a nice spot. Quiet and not super busy.

Great service and the food was fresh too! The mobile app makes eating fast food a little bit cheaper with regular deals and free fry Friday you can't go wrong! and the strawberry shortcake mcflurry is a must!

Good place to people watch. Seen 3 different almost accidents I don't know what is so hard about exiting but I guess it is so just be careful when u leave also there is always patrol around that area.

It's probably one of the best McDonald's in the kc area.

The food was great (as great as mcdonald’s can be) but my issue lies with the GM goldie, she was disrespecting costumers and actually walked away mid order. this isn’t the first time i’ve witness her pure barbarity in this store multiple times. Don't know where is came from but no McDonald's but went to Wendy's gave it a 4 on everything.

As we arrived to the restaurant my daughter shut her finger in the car door. Went on and asked if they had ice and a bandaid. The manager on duty grabbed everything and helped my daughter. Everyone in there was very helpful and polite. I believe the managers name was Veronica. She was great. Thank you for going above and beyond for us.
