Do your body a favor and make him your primary . He genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is beyond great and upfront about all the out of pocket costs . He's also a great human being . An office full of good .

I have had a great experience with Dr. Killian and would highly recommend him as a primary care physician. It doesn't take weeks or months to get an appointment and he genuinely cares for his patient's health. I needed an MRI and X-Ray referral and was able to set up an appointment and get the referral extremely quickly. The assistant, Devon, was very helpful and responsive as I needed help getting medical records and finding a radiologist with availability.

Dr Rob is still a human, and still understands that his patients are human as well. I had a series of medical issues, some of them serious, and out of all of the "western" medical providers, Dr Rob and his staff were the only people that listened to me, and tried as they could to assist me with some very difficult problems, both medical and logistical. There's a tendency in Western Medicine to treat people as children. We are ignorant, but we are grown ups. We also spend incredible amounts of money. Just treat us with respect. Dr. Rob and his staff still know how to treat their patients with respect. Even his "on time guarantee" shows it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr. Killian is a progressive physician who emphasizes quality care that is also expeditious. LGBTQ+ folks have unique medical needs - Rob’s clinic is just what I was looking for to fulfill my PCP and PrEP needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Robert Killian is the most caring physician I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He doesn’t think of you as just a “patient” but as a human, which means so much more.

One thing that I really stood out to me right away was how Robert helps his patients end to end. At a lot of practices, when you arrive, you check-in and then you are placed in a room and then 20 minutes later a nurse comes in to collect information and then 20 minutes later somebody comes in to draw your blood and then you see the doctor. Robert does all of that himself all at once, it saves me so much time and it makes the whole experience feel better, again less of a “patient” feel and more of a Human feel.

Also his staff are amazing! They are quick at processing, very friendly and professional.

I would highly recommend Robert to anybody who asks.

Having a gay doctor is essential to me, and I’ve never felt so well cared for. Staff are helpful, kind, and responsive, and I’ve always gotten my needs met. They are an efficient and communicative unit who understand my experiences with non-judgment and make me feel welcome and safe each visit.

Dr. Killian has been my general physician since 2009. The office is pleasant, front desk staff are efficient and getting appointments is easy. Dr. Killian is thorough and always listens, putting patient concerns first. I've never had a doctor that was so willing to discuss treatment options that worked for my lifestyle. He really goes the extra mile to help treat his patients. I have had yearly physicals, HRT management, a skin condition and a herniated disc treated with him. He's flexible, knowledgeable and able to treat a variety of different problems. In addition, if he knows a doctor with more experience, he'll refer you so that you can get the best care. I've never gotten a bad referral from this office. Dr. Killian refers you to specialists that he would see himself.

As a note, after reading the other reviews, I had no issues obtaining hormone therapy through Dr. Killian (after providing the required letter from a licensed psychiatrist) and had no issues with the fact that he's only partially covered on my insurance.

Dr. Rob is the best. I have never had such a good experience with a doctor as an adult as I have with him. His approach is personal and authentic in a way that I would only imagine a doctor to operate in a small town in Europe. He is thorough, he listens, and he shows a genuine interest in the patient's well being. I also got my lab results the next morning attached to a personal e-mail from the doctor with an explanation of his analysis of the results.

Dr. Rob has been my doctor for nearly 20 years now. He has always had nothing but my best health in mind with every visit. With every health challenge I have faced he has walked me through each step to get the help needed. Kidney stones, shingles as well as keeping watch over more typical needs. He has been good at preventative care and is always really current with new practices/medications etc. So clearly for me, I am very pleased with Dr. Rob and great appreciate all he has done for me!

Dr. Killian has been my primary care physician since 2004. He is a kind, caring doctor who cares deeply about his patients. His office staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rob for 13 years. He's always been caring, friendly, thorough, and professional. The care I've received from him has always been excellent. He also promptly returns my phone calls and emails. His office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I wouldn't think of seeing anyone else.

Side note; the "bad" reviews here seem pretty suspicious to me. I wouldn't consider them to be legitimate. Just my opinion for what it's worth.

Dr Robert is nothing but the best primary care doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. The whole experience at his clinic was nothing but fantastic! He is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, confident and treat you as a human, as a friend! Fantastic! Front desk representative is amazing!

I’ve had to go to Dr. Rob for a few different issues and have always been able to schedule it within the same week, and he has always taken me before the start of my appointment too. Fast and efficient, Dr. Rob is both kind and respectful with any issues going on.

Dr. Killian supports Trans Women! I have been a patient since 1999. The two reasons; I love that he had (and still has) a wonderful woman working in his practice, and that he was a pioneer for the legalization of medical cannabis. In the early days there was extreme discrimination against people who are Trans. Dr. Killian led the way in hiring Trans Women. The front desk, where she works, is the first person I see when I check-in. She rocks! She's visible! She is also an early leader by being an Out Trans.....Dr. Rob, who doesn’t use cannabis, saw the compassionate health benefits of it. He was the leader in getting medical marijuana legalized. The government tried to take away his medical license, but he persevered. His dedication created the first State medical marijuana legislation which grew into the legalization we now have. He is also the best Dr. I have ever had. He provides excellent medical treatment and refers patients to top specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Killian. He serves "all" with dignity and compassion. The bashing from a dissatisfied person trying to defame him, is unjustified and the opposite of his values and his actions.

I'm pretty certain that 1-star ratings are from people who have not been patients of his. Dr. Killian is a frank, honest, and professional doctor. He's actually a breath of fresh air after years of seeing robotic doctors who appear to take little interest in me other than my clinical data.

Dr. Killian has been my physician for 20 years and, as a pharmacist, I am familiar with a great many physicians. Dr. Rob is the physician that comes first to mind when friends ask for a referral for a new doctor! I am very happy with his care.

Dr. Killian is fantastically responsive, detailed and efficient. His years of experience come through in the way he empathically explains complex health issues succinctly and with patience, while still making great use of your time.

I've been seeing Rob since 2007. He has always been professional, kind, and non-judgmental ehile still having a sense of humor. He never speaks down to me and always takes great care to explain any diagnoses or treatments he recommends. He never just writes a prescription and shoos me out the door like other doctors I've been to. Best of all, I can usually get in to see him the same day I call.

After not being to a Dr. at all in about 3 years, one visit to Dr. Robert Killian got several aspects of my health back on track. He treated me very kindly, addressed my health concerns with an honest and caring attitude, and left no stone un-turned for my health and well being.

I've been a patient since the late 90's and couldn't be happier with the service, support and communication from Dr. Rob and Maribel. I appreciate the un-stuffy atmosphere and being talked to like a person. When I occasionally need to be seen last minute, they're very accommodating.

Rob is a nice and principled guy with a good sense of humor and a lot of humanity. However, he's no pushover. If you are looking for a pen-pal, a therapist, a vending machine or anything other than a competent and professional physician expecting to be paid for their services, you'll want to look elsewhere.
