Parkville Place Apartments

I just wanna say Lana My apartment manager is probably the best property manager I've ever been around. She consistently stays on top of anything that I bring to her attention. I had website issues trying to pay my rent payment... She took care of that for me. I had an issue with my upstairs neighbors AC line that leaked water into my bedroom and the company that was drying up the carpet left the vacuum fan on for days unnecessarily which left me a huge electric bill. She compensated for the overages for me. On top of that she sends out Friday pleasantries and valuable information about what is going on with the apartments and weather related issues. I have never once talked to her when she hasn't been responsive and extremely pleasant to deal with. She is very proactive with almost every issue. She is a credit To the Trinity family. <

I've seen a few reviews about the state of the complex and I think, since then, a lot has changed. However, this 5-Star review is for Crystal, the current property manager at Mark IV. Crystal is patient, kind, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with. She made the entire process painless, which is invaluable for a first-time renter like myself. She makes very pleasant conversation, and she had always been ready and willing to answer my questions or assist in any way.

As far as the complex goes, this is day 1 of move-in. The apartment we settled with is clean, doesn't have any nasty/unwanted smells, and the size of the space is just right for a newlywed couple who likes low-maintenence living. The unit has laundry hookups which we love, and the kitchen area has a small nook where you can put a little table and a couple chairs. Then there's one big room, one small room, and one bathroom. The majority of the apartment is carpeted, bar the kitchen, bathroom and initial landing, which is linoleum.

I'm looking forward to my time here. And again, a huge thanks to Crystal for being the best property manager a first-timer could ask for.

I've been in my apartment for two months. Lana and her team have been very responsive to the requests that I have made, including two after hours requests. The community is child friendly, and children are the only noises I hear outside besides nature. I am confident that Lana and her team will ensure that my time in this apartment will be as hassle free as possible. Price is right, location is right, and the people are right. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I was told before I moved in that Mark IV was the hidden gem of the Northland and that statement has proved true over and over again! I highly recommend this apartment complex! It is near impossible to find a 2 bedroom apartment for ~$600 WITH in-unit washer and dryer hookups. Marissa, the manager, is amazing. Super responsive and understanding. She runs a tight ship and is very quick to get back to you regarding any maintenance or security issues. I lived there for two years (July 2015-July 2017) and in that time had to have my hot water heater, dishwasher, entry light and locks replaced, Marissa got everything done quickly and without any hassle at all. If they offered anything more than a 2 bedroom, 1 bath I would definitely not be leaving right now.

I love Mark IV apartments. It’s a wonderful complex to live in. My year lease is up in January and I’m going to resign for another year because there’s no where else I’d rather live. It’s reasonably priced and the apartments are so cute! Plus having a leasing manager like Lana that helps with every thing i need is an awesome bonus! It’s quit and has many family’s as tenants which is a bonus for me because there’s not a bunch of commotion going on. I have recommended it to many friends.

Mark IV Apartments are a fantastic place to live. Lana is the perfect manager for the job. She makes it fun to be a resident. I have lived there since 2013 and the atmosphere there has changed for the better

Staff and community are warm and welcoming. Maintenance is always fast and reliable. Rent is competitive and affordable. I'd recommend Mark IV to anybody looking for a nice place to live in the Northland

Mark IV is great! Also great commute for students attending Park University. First moved in, apartment was clean; everything was working. It has a very convenient space. Lana was really helpful and great to talk to!

I've been back just over a month. I really appreciate the staff. Theres been alot of stuff come up to be fixed and the have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and quick. Its truly so much better than it was a couple years ago.

Great atmosphere in an awesome location! The management is super sweet and always accommodating! I love coming home...never any issues!

Good place, nice landlords and they try to fix things in a timely manner.

Don't know how much I paid attention to the place in my time here but had a good time with friends
