I have been using these guys for about ten years for my small business. It's fair that I should leave a review. Marty and Austin have always done a great job for me, even though I only import once a year.

I don't think that we have ever worked with a company that has been as responsive and competent as WJ Byrnes. They made a complicated situation simple and stress-free for us, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Johnny is the most helpful guy you’ll ever meet, if I could give these guys more than a 5 star I definitely would.

Excellent service highly recommended

This was my first time looking to hire a broker, as I was trying to get a food trailer into the states from China. It’s been a difficult process and John, was very rude, short, non Communicative. I just needed guidance and he got annoyed by my questions. I couldn’t believe how rude her was, he even hung up on me. Found a new company that is amazing and explained the whole process to me, so that I could better understand, as I said, this is my first time having to hire a broker and isn’t my line of expertise. Questions are always going to be asked, but it’s how you answer them and treat your customers, that set businesses apart. I called back when he hung up on me and told the receptionist that he had, and how rude he was throughout the process, and she was just like.. “okayy” no apology, no solution….

So unprofessional.

One of the worst service, actually this company has great experience of theft, they steal money from people that's how they are established. I have been looking for good lawyer so my Lawyer shut such this business down. Please, I request everyone not to trust this company they stole my money and didn't even want to talk to me because they have no clarification.
