A great Cajun dinner with cocktails to match! Paired nicely with a show at the Tractor Tavern.

I had the chicken and sausage gumbo which was tasty but not too spicy. Paired with a beeswax negroni cocktail.

Dessert was bread pudding served in cute cast iron.

This is a Great place! We popped in randomly and had a delicious culinary journey starting with the delicious wedge salad and catfish bites, from. There we had crawfish etoufe, pork chop, and fried chicken along with potato salad and Mac N cheese sides. Everything was delicious!

Our Favorites were Mac N cheese, catfish bites and fried chicken.

I haven’t had much Cajun food before however Parish was amazing. The catfish bites were perfectly crispy and the sauces served with them were great. We also had the Gumbo and I wish I had ordered a second plate just to take home, it was SO good, I could eat that for days on end. The Mac n cheese was a special delight. I don’t think I’ve ever had a classic dish like that but with such an amazingly rich, creamy, and spicy twist (not too rich though!). We didn’t order a craft cocktail but instead opted for dirty martinis, and even those were above average for a classic drink. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Absolutely excellent food, drinks and service. My party of six was well fed and very happy, which included two Texans. Absolutely will go back as someone gobbled all the gumbo down before I had a chance to try it. Too full to go for desert this time but I'll be back. Photo isn't great but is evidence of the trip, 😂

First of hopefully many visits. Went to celebrate a milestone in my mom's life and we were extremely pleased to have it be part of the celebration. Each dish we ordered was amazing. The devil eggs starter was exquisite, the crawfish etouffee and mac n cheese were magnificent and I could wax poetic about the pork chop. Finished it off with the bread pudding which had a satisfying crunchy crust with soft gooey center. Entire meal was amazing so much so that my notoriously picky mother felt compelled to give her compliments to the chef. Oh and I must add that our server was an absolute pleasure during our visit. Definitely recommend.

Another fantastic restaurant in Ballard. All the food was amazing and completely filling. I wished red rice and beans or beignets had been on the menu, but no disappointment in the food I did get! We made reservations ahead of time and sat in the covered/heated outdoor seating. Service was great and the aesthetic really fits the comfort food. Can’t wait to go back

Parish NW makes incredible Cajun food. While Cajun food can often be heavy, everything at Parish NW was fresh and delicious. I will be dreaming of the Étouffée forevermore. The broth was perfectly seasoned and rich. The crab and shrimp were so fresh. The Shrimp and Grits were incredibly tasty: the grits smooth, and the shrimp perfectly cooked. The sausage added a nice smokiness. While the beignets were slightly over cooked, the fresh vanilla bean whipped cream was stupendous. I want to bathe in it. One of my favorite meals I’ve had in Seattle and beyond.

Loved dinner here! The fried chicken is some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The etouffe was also delicious. We were not super impressed with the pork and it was on the pricier side for what it was. The drinks were stellar- if you are into espresso martinis, this is the place to get them! The espresso is so fresh and it is very well made. High recommend an evening at parish!

Best meal on this trip. We had the corn and crab chowder. Plenty of outdoor patio seating. It was chilly so we sat indoors. Server was very nice and friendly. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

Good and drinks were so good! We ordered the fried catfish bites, Mac and cheese topped with andouille sausage and the oyster po boy. Our expectations were exceeded and staff were all great. Special thanks to our server Shawn.

The porkchop.

Came in when they were in the middle of changing their menu from summer to fall. The pork chops were just added and we were the first ones to order it.

Debated if we wanted our own entrees but decided to share and order a salad to share as well.

Omg. The porkchop was massive. So. Damn. Good.

Lots of flavor, juicy, yummy.

The only thing was they didn’t have the chanterelles 😔 other than that great place for lunch, dinner and obviously brunch on the weekend.

We came oh a rainy weekday for lunch and there was no wait. Service was attentive.

Great Cajun food with a PNW flair. No crawfish sadly- but the shrimp and crab make up for it by a long shot. I am from New Orleans- it's where my wife and I were married- so we try to go to a Cajun/creole restaurant for our anniversary every year. Thanks Parish NW delicious food and drinks for our 5th anniversary!

I had shrimp and cheddar grits with andouille sausage- it was the perfect about of spices. My wife had fried catfish - the crusting on the fish was perfect and crunchy. We shared smoked Mac and cheese (yum!) And enjoyed VERY strong coktails.

We came on a Sunday right when they opened without a reservation and they were able to accommodate us for breakfast. The staff was kind and the food was tasty and the coffee was pretty good. Great spot :)

Wow. Amazing lunch, served outside, under cover and a welcome heat lamp. Poboys (catfish and fried chicken versions) were phenomenal (not to mention: huge), and the mac 'n cheese to die for. Our server was prompt and friendly. Looking forward to coming back post-COVID.

Great service, delicious brunch. Ordered the Parish etoufee. Added the egg and a boudin sausage on the side. The etouffee was flavorful and a hint of spice. There was a solid helping of crab included.

The boudin sausage - I can taste the onion, garlic and celery along with the sweetness of the sausage.

The French 125 was pretty and a nice twist off of the traditional French 75.

The service was great. They swapped out my water when I realized I had a little friend at the bottom of my glass.

Delicious food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. This place is slinging some amazing Creole and Cajun inspired eats! PRO TIP: Let the bartender make THEIR cocktail. You'll thank me later.

First off - major kudos to Gabby, who was our server and made the night extra special. Gabby was attentive, kind, funny, and allowed us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. We ordered the PNW gumbo, Parish étouffée, and the smokey Mac and cheese. For drinks we had the spicy pineapple margarita and a grapefruit gimlet. The gumbo was easily our favorite, such a great comfort food and very similar to poutines with their own twist. The étouffée was filling and full of seafood! Great ambiance and cute vibe all around.

I don’t leave many written reviews but get over here asap.

Spare rib app and the 1lb pork chop were both 10/10. Apple strudel sour and great pumpkin daiquiri were both super fun fall drinks that were actually good to drink instead of just look at. Absolutely coming back!

We've been here a few times and love it. The ambiance is great both indoors and on their back patio. Brunch is also really good - the cajun hash is super well seasoned and very flavorful even without adding the sausage. Will be back again!

Great spot! Popped in for a quick drink while I was waiting for someone. Happy hour had some good deals. The cocktail menu was awesome, made it hard to decide but their drink of the day was a rose sangria that was super tasty! Would go back for sure
