Yum! Happy to see a new dessert option in Downtown Roanoke! I gobbled up a delicious brownie sundae it really hit the spot!

The Kanafa and Oreo cheesecakes were so good! Highly recommend. The manager Abh is very sweet and easy to talk to. Have yet to try the coffee.

Wonderful treats and such a kind owner! We look forward to returning!

A really great downtown place for a treat - milkshake, baklava, cheesecake, coffee and more!
The cotton candy milkshake was thinner which I really enjoyed as most milkshakes are too thick and impossible to get through the straw.
Definitely check them out when you need your next sugar fix downtown!

First visit. Was hoping for at least one No Sugar Added ice cream variety, but none.

Decided to try a pistachio baklava, which was very small. I almost ordered two items, but decided to see how it was first. Price was not marked, but came to $6.59 plus tip.

Place looks nice on the inside and was clean.

Notashake. I paid $9+ tip for an approximately 16 oz milky beverage that was supposed to be a milkshake. It was very thin, aka not enough ice cream.
Given that there's a least one other similar review about 3 months older than mine, I don't think they got the message.
Bummer, I was excited to see the new ice cream place in that prime location succeed. They have clearly put a lot of effort into redecorating and it looks nice.

First time visit my husband, and I decided to share a banana split we asked the young lady for one she said she needed to charge us first no problem with that but she started to make our banana split. We told her we wanted to choose our ice cream. She said no it’s vanilla chocolate and strawberry only !!! If we wanted anything else it would’ve been an extra dollar charge. Okay but you charged us first without asking us also with toppings whip chocolate syrup one cherry no other option sad I’ve always gotten Banana split with different toppings anywhere else example caramel, pineapple, strawberry topping

Milkshake fail. Went to support a new local business for an afternoon treat of a peanut butter milkshake. Was warned it would be $1 more for the peanut butter. Put total at 9 and change for a modest size “shake”. What I got was not a milkshake. It was the consistency of milk with some peanut butter thrown in. Because of the price point I went back in to let them know about the consistency. All I was told was they were sorry. When I asked if the brown stuff on the inside of the cup was chocolate I was told yes. I replied I didn’t order chocolate. She replied that is how it comes. Was not told that part. The reason I’m taking the time to write this review is after learning of two wrong things with the order, the store made no offer to make a new one. I fear this space that has yet to see a successful eatery thrive will soon bite the dust if they don’t up their game. Will not be back.

A miserable take on baked goods and boba tea. Nasty , small portions that cost double what it should. Just a big fail all around. Don’t be fooled by the placement, this isn’t what you think it’s gonna be.
