A good variety of shoes, including minimalist and zero-drop ones. The owner/manager is very nice and so helpful; he brought out 5-6 different models for us to try and explained the differences between them. Other customers received the same level of care and attention too!

This is THE BEST running store in western WA. Super helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a store that can speak to what you need as a runner whether ultras, technical trails, or fast flat pavement go here. Someone at Super Jock and Jill in Redmond recommended this shop to me as they were out of my size in all the styles I was interested in trying. I went to their website and saw that they carried every style of every brand of shoe I was interested in. I was very excited to go in and actually get to try everything and compare shoes better. I've been searching for the right pair of shoes for hiking for several years, but I've found it hard to find what works best for my feet and the issues I have. I really loved the selection of shoes this shop has. I got plenty of help and the man helping me had answers for all my questions and was patient with me while I tried on probably 8-10 pairs of shoes. I won't be going to any other place for shoes after my experience with this place. Thank you guys so much for having an awesome selection and super knowledgeable staff.

Running shoe fit is tough to determine over the internet. This store can outfit you with shoes, packs, and gels for runs of any distance. Phil is a store owner who knows and supports a lot of great ultra runners (while being one himself) and the shop website photos by Glenn are super cool.

This is hands down my favorite running store in Seattle, and I've been to a lot. Locally owned, focused on trail shoes, and super friendly, knowledgeable, community-oriented staff. I feel good supporting them and hope to make it to one of their weekly trail runs at some point!

This shop has a great selection of running and trails shoes. They have some brands that can be hard to find elsewhere like topo athletic and altra shoes which was super helpful in finding the right shoe. I called ahead to see if that had the size and type of shoes I was looking for and they had set them aside to try on right when getting in. Really great place to find some new trail/running shoes without breaking the bank.

Best running store in the world. Huge selection of running shoes, packs, apparel, running snacks, and more. They know their stuff here. Super friendly and genuinely want to help you with anything. From beginners to seasoned ultra pros. It's a must!

I'm a trail runner, and made my way out to Magnolia to check out this shop. Most other running shops cater to road runners, and usually have a sparse selection of trail running shoes. Seven hills has TONS of trail shoes, and if you get overwhelmed by the selection, the employees are very knowledgeable and very eager to find the perfect shoe for you. They carry tailwind products too, which is my go-to for nutrition during my long runs. Great shop, and Discovery park is just down the road, so take your new shoes for a spin on the local trails.

Best and only trail running focused shop in Western Washington! They can fit you for shoes based on your body and running needs.Can't walk out without stocking up on delicious trail snacks. I'm so happy I stopped in. I needed to replace my running shoes and was hoping for some experienced advice about what shoes might best fit my running style and needs. Arya was working that day and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen to what had and hadn't worked for me in the past and brought out a variety of options. Best running store in Seattle. These folks know their stuff. Best selection of trail running shoes and gear in Seattle. Super friendly local folks running the shop. Lots of sales. They put water out for runners near Discovery Park. Local runs group start here.

Love this shop! So much trail knowledge for the beginner all the way to the pro. They always have deals and also can talk you through exploring new products. Could not recommend more!

The owner of the shop took me on a six mile trail run from the store that was unbelievable. They have all the knowledge you need to better your running. Mostly a trail shop, but they have everything you need and more. First class service, locally owned, and just a relaxing atmosphere.
