SoMa Food Court

Its a pick up spot. Cheap chicken sandwiches with fries and drink for ~$10 though for office workers in the area. Just order on website and walk there to get your order. Pretty filling too. May order a couple more times for lunch breaks.

Even though it is in a sketch area, the food is excellent, reasonable price, efficient order system even if not using Uber Eats or Grub Hub etc, and staff is very nice and efficient

Great place for takeout! I normally order here and pick it up when I am heading to the beach or just dolo. I think they have 15+ restaurants the last time I ordered there so lots of options. Just be mindful of parking, it is SF after all

Walked in and ordered on the tablet at 12:10 on a Friday. I enjoyed that all menu items have images and good descriptions. Placed order and they texted me 4-14 min estimated pickup
Food was ready 13 min later. They texted me an easy to click link to open the locker and that worked flawlessly.

Its great when you want to order something and pick it up to eat! Has a wide variety of food options where whatever you're craving it's there and you don't have to walk around the city until you find something you might like.

Ben's fast food was so tasty! Nutritious, easy, fast, inexpensive, and delicious. How often do you get all the things at the same time? Fave meal so far in SF.

Ordered my food and pickup seamlessly.

My coworker placed an order two weeks ago, we waited, and waited, and waited. They finally told him that the Kitchen for his order was closed... even after telling him twice that it was still being made. I think he eventually got a refund.

Well, it happened to me today. I ordered, pickup time came and went, asked at the register what was up, was told it was being made... 15 minutes later I ask what's up. The counter person walks back to the kitchen... comes back, grabs his supervisor,
they both walk back, then they come back and the Supervisor tells me that particular restaurant was closed today. I asked how it's possible that they keep doing this... she had no answer. BUT, she was able to process my refund before I walked away (so u guys get an extra star for that).

It's too bad because I enjoyed the food there. Seems like this is an ongoing problem. That's probably my last order with this place.

I was looking at the menu and some guy on a scooter slammed a door into me and then yelled at me for standing next to the door. Which is literally their waiting. He was a delivery driver here. He slammed a metal door into the back of my head and then yelled at me. My friends already ordered but I don't want to be here. This place is the apocalypse of food.

Ordered food, they took my order, and then it was never ready. After over an hour, they finally said that the restaurant I ordered from was closed. Then why take the order!? This place is hit or miss. Some of the restaurants are great, but how can you not be on top of only taking orders and charging a credit card if you are actually going to make the food!

Foods good but the employees behave unprofessionally. Crude, profane hip hop & rap is aired here loudly and it makes for an intense, racially hostile environment. Not sure how these Hispanic gangster wannabes all got hired but if I was their boss they would all get fired.

I love the website that makes you click on every vendor just to see that they’re closed. Watch out Jack-in-the-Box these hotshot newcomers are poised to make a run at your title as the best 24 hour spot in San Francisco.

I walked a mile to get food from a place here, just to find out it was not a real restaurant. Also, there is no where to sit to eat here, or in any of the surrounding neighborhood either.
