Our car broke down on the way back to Colorado. James arrived quickly and after the posted business hours. Our alternator had to be replaced and although the job couldn't be finished that night, he drove us to a hotel and promised he would have it fixed by the morning. We got back to the car the next day and he was almost finished. The job took longer than initially thought but he still charged us the reasonable price he initially quoted us on. James saved the day, he is an honest man and I would highly recommend his services.

This company is fantastic! Made an inquiry and at 6:30pm same day they were at my location. James had it all done in about an hour. He was so kind, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. The car runs great and they warranty all of their work. 5/5!!!

Truck wouldn't start callled all day for someone to come replace the starter everyone canceled finally got these guys and came right out and got me back on the road in no time thanks for the work

I would like to say a couple of words about my experience with James. He responded to my call regarding a mechanical situation with my RV in a very reasonable amount of time due to the weather as it was certainly raining cats and dogs. JD auto is my go to spot for all my car needs. He's very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Whenever I get work done I DONT feel like I'm being taken advantage of just because I'm a woman or less knowledgeable. They have worked with me on the pricing as well to give me the best deal he could. He has literally beat every price I've received at other locations here in Frisco! James was great to work with. Replaced the alternator, saved me a lot of money dealing with the big name shops, and delivered my car at hime. Would definitely recommend him for any car repair needs.

Excellent mechanic. Replaced several major components on my 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited: Rack & Pinion, Power Steering Pump, Front struts & Shocks Valve Cover Gaskets & PCC Valve. One can say he rebuild the 🚗 car. I have been too several shops and this is the Only shop that makes my car feel as if I have just left the dealership with a New vehicle!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a “mechanic”. James stated that HE would repair my vehicle. When I initially called him, I need to have m03 f250 diesel towed to his shop. He informed me that his shop lot was full and that I could have it towed to his house. Should have been my first red flash. He had my truck for 2 weeks and each time I would call or text he would tell me they were still trying to figure out the problem. Then informed me he was going to have his programmer come look at it. He kept telling me it will be ready tomorrow but was not. Finally I decided to check out his address listed here on google. He is not there, it’s a Kroger shopping center. So when I asked him via text and he said that address was wrong and provided me another address. The new address was another diesel shop by the name of Legendary Diesel. When I went to rat shop a few day’s later, my truck was not there and the owners had no idea who James was, even though he had told me he partnered with them. They did eventually remember him and said that he had literally pulled my truck to them with a tow strap and asked for an estimate to repair. He was not happy with the price so left. Dragging my truck away with a tow strap again. When I questioned James about this, he said he didn’t like their pricing so he t provided me another address of ANOTHER diesel shop in Lewisville called AA Automotive and Diesel Repair. Upon hearing this my wife and I called James back and advised him we would deal directly with AA and he was out of the picture.
AA informed me of the same thing Legendary told me. James was presenting MY truck as his and that it broke down on him on 75. He had pulled it into AA with a tow strap and with the motor still dismantled from the previous shop. This man is not a true mechanic or shop. He told me he didn’t have room at his shop because he doesn’t have a shop. He takes your vehicle to different locations shopping for the best deal and misrepresents himself as the owner of your vehicle.

DO NOT USE THIS “MECHANIC” FOR SERVICES ON YOUR VEHICLE.

My boyfriend and I requested a quote for some repairs on our truck, then asked to have a diagnostic run prior to going through with the repairs to ensure we were requesting the appropriate repair items. Technician was supposed to come between 4-5 pm to run the diagnostic, and no one ever showed, no call or text either.

They claimed to fix my alignment, but now my car thinks it's in a perpetual dance-off. Not the service I was expecting.

Brought my car in for a transmission fix, got it back with a manual transmission – without a clutch pedal. Good luck shifting!
