This company deliberately sent me a defective item as it was pretty hard to miss the fact that a number of seashells were not attached to the seahorse. And now I have to put out good money to send it back to them in order to get a refund. I would prefer that they refund my money and I’ll throw the thing in the trash without having to spend more money in postage and gas to return it. I will be writing a review on their site and making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I know this is a small thing, but very frustrating.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is used by WALMART - a 2-day delivery took nearly 5 weeks; the product arrived in a used box wrapped up in filthy bubble wrap; the item is garbage - it does not fit together properly, a gazing ball stand that was made terribly. Wobbles roughly 2-inches, bolt and nut do not match and bolt does not fit into hole. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!

Placed an order in excess of $50 at their website and received a confirmation of order. 10 days later, still dead silence about shipping. I finally called them and was told "Oh, those are out discontinued." How long would they have continued to keep my money had I not called them? Customer service at it's worst!
