JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Awesome location! Very cool setting in a lifestyle center that is very similar to a downtown area. We visited from out of town and needed to stop for supplies. This location has plenty of supplies in stock including fabric and thread. We were also able to shop some of the new fall and Halloween designs.

Good selection of fabrics and accessories for sewing/crafting. Great customer service! Chad cut the fabric for us and he was so friendly. The older lady that checked us out (didn't catch her name) was so helpful, she helped us find additional coupons to safe on our purchase. She was genuine and kind!

Julie at the Joann’s in Williamsburg is the best. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all my quilting questions and problems

My zipper pull broke on my favorite rain jacket, I went into the store and was helped by two very nice ladies, I wish I had have gotten their names. I was even given a discount to donate a dollar to the 4-H club which made the multi repair kit that I chose to buy (and ended up working very well) worth buying for my loved jacket.

It is incredibly supplied with all you might need from a haberdashery. Very orderly and organized.

I love Joanns! Always have, but today I met a hero there. Katie at Joann Fabrics is my hero! I dropped my car keys down a storm drain right outside the store. I walked into Joann's thinking I could find something to use to grab them. After telling her what I needed, she grabbed a couple items and actually went outside and got my keys out of the drain for me. If you are looking for a hero, look no further: her name is Katie and she works at Joann Fabrics.

I have NEVER seen a JoAnn this big, and this effective! I wandered around for a while because there was just so much to see! When I was ready to get my cloth cut, they have an effective system that made it a snap! Love this store!

I need to reupholster a few chairs, joann's fabric had the perfect material to get the look I wanted. There wasn't enough material in the store but they ordered it from the warehouse at the sale price. Great customer service.

This place was great! They had a wide selection of fabrics and everything was very well stocked and well taken care of. The staff were very helpful, and when they couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, they pointed me to a website that specializes in those items. Very pleased with the experience :)

October isn't even over and December decorations are out. They triple check their measurements when cutting your materials and random sales throughout the store.

Went for a beginners sewing class and the whole experience was wonderful due to the caliber of a magnificent instructor - Ms. Burnella. Absolutely amazing. Her master seamstress skills and knowledge she shared were well appreciated.

The ladies who cut the material were so helpful. Just a nice store to shop in. Friendly. Excellent prices. Lots to see and buy.

Love the people here at the Hampton store. They welcome you as you walk in. They never walk by me in the store without asking may I help you.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of interesting things at a fair price. Look out for their deals when they have sales

I really liked the lighting and arrangement inside. The one in Hampton has a helpful staff, but I really can't get out of there fast enough for the claustrophobic feeling it brings on.
