This is the best store ever. I haven’t shopped there in a while. I was thinking about getting some of those Jean shorts but I didn’t because I’m trying to do a little better with how I spent my money.

I had one of the best experiences with the most polite and patient clerk ever on the morning of October 22,. I’m so sorry I missed seeing the survey sent earlier and when discovered, it was too late to submit. On my visit that morning, I had a series of item to return (16 plus items: 2 coats; 8 tops and 8 pairs of pants which I’d ordered online for my granddaughter in the wrong wrong size. This young lady patiently assisted me (a 72 year old grandma who’s driven from Richmond, Va.) and I was able to exchange each item. She professionally and knowledgeably helped me examine my receipts (3different online orders) to return then exchange the items I wanted. In addition to her pleasant and caring personality enhancing this refreshing, timely experience, I was thoroughly pleased with the high quality, further reduced items, I found for my 2 year old granddaughter. I will definitely be returning to shop at Gap Factory Outlet.

Bought my first pair of jeans in 10 years. Good selection of clothing. Prices were right today.

They do a pretty good job here keeping things sized on the racks most days. So, it's not too bad finding your size. You can get frustrated if you are a size 14 though. Everyone else seems to be: because it's slim pickin's of that size. However, with the volume of business they do you may step into a bit of chaos on some racks and tables. Worth it because the discounts are great and the quality is pretty good. Love their t-shirts after all these years. Wish they'd bring back the bralette cami's.

Nice staff, good prices on products. I was tryna buy a navy hoodie during Black Friday but the size I wanted was sold out. The cashier nicely helped me to order it online on his computer. There’s also free WiFi here.

Never disappointed when I leave a Gap factory store but this one had excellent sales that I haven't seen in like 7-8 years
