Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Visited last night and had a great experience. There was ample parking, the customer service was great and there were tons of selections for all ages/sizes. The lady wearing the striped shirt helped us while browsing on and helped us at checkout. She was so kind and joyful. She deserves a raise! They have gift boxes available for purchase and wow the quality is the best I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this location.

Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Williamsburg, VA is one of my favorite place to shop. I have been shopping here for over 30 years. The employees are alway friendly. I love shopping for those unique limited blouses, jeans, hoodies, and polo shirts❣It is definitely worth the drive. Only negative is that women section is a lot smaller than the men’s and kids section. Ample free parking is available.

The best outlet store here, associates are extremely nice and courteous to customers especially in comparison to some of the other big name stores at the outlets. Clothing/Accessories are top notch and pricing is great.

In the area and stopped through to see what the outlet store was offering. Not too bad. Plus I've been riding with Polo since back in the day... one of the 1st top-notch designers that rocked the Big &Tall. But picked up a few items to add to my collection... lol. And I beat the crowd!

Great deals, but you do need to shop around. Not everything is a bargain and selection can be sporadic from visit to visit. Service is superior. Multiple sales associates contacted me for assistance. At checkout an associate shared a 25% off coupon which saved us tons!

Beautiful Collection very nice staff

I bought 3 dresses for my 3 year old granddaughter. I love them. It's hard finding nice dresses. They are a little expensive but they do have a clearance rack so it makes it more affordable.

Very nice store with great selection and quality clothing for both men and women. The employees are well trained and helpful. This is a very expensive store, reminds me of Brooks Brothers. Top of the line so bring your wallet! Lol!

Sales people were very friendly and helpful. They even offered to order and send me item that they did not have in stick with free shipping! Great customer service!

We drove 3 hours to here for Christmas shopping. Every outlet we went in I almost regretted the trip. Until I went in polo outlet. I met Tonya a sales associate. She was the awesome. She helped us with the sales going on in store. She was friendly, funny, and respectful. She is awesome! I didn't feel bad about how much money I spent bcuz of her. I actually would go back just to shop here with her. Thanks polo for hiring such gr8 ppl like her. We will definitely be back again.

went into the store yesterday and bought a very nice windbreaker for myself, casey greeted me as i walked in and informed me of a 20% off promotion that i was able to redeem thru my smartphone. he was very helpful and professional and is a great asset to your company

I go to the Polo Ralph Lauren store for polo shirts. I do love Ralph Lauren polo shirts, they are very well made and do seem to last a very long time. And if you get them from the factory outlet, you can actually save yourself a good amount of money.

I'm glad they have a big and tall section with nice items to select from. Me being 6'4 I find it hard to find items in my size that I like 🌞

I love this store! Very organized, clean and there were plenty of super nice employees there to assist the large crowd!!!
