Koshland Pharm: Custom Compounding Pharmacy

I Love this Pharmacy! I’m a new client to them, and I am consistently blown away by their service. By the time they receive the order for my RX, I am in desperate need for it. Their communication back to me is swift, and I truly appreciate how hard they work to keep me informed. They process my RX quickly, and immediately ship it. I receive the finished product within 2-3 days, and I am always surprised how quickly they can do this. My local compounding pharmacy takes 2 weeks to process an RX. My RX requires special packaging. Other compounding pharmacies that have shipped to me, often did not take care in the packaging. My RX would arrive broken, or even melted. My appreciation for the speed and care Koshland Pharmacy takes with my RX, is immense. Thank you Koshland Pharmacy for being the best!

Really nice people that genuinely care about patient situations. My medicine delivery was messed up due to a bug on my pharmacy's app. I tried to call a lot of compounding pharmacies in the Bay area. The people working here tried everything they could to help me, called my doctor to see if I can use an alternative medicine, and even try to find other pharmacies that could help me. My treatment process is bumpy. But I'm really grateful for these people.

Frank is hands down the most AMAZING pharmacist we’ve ever encountered. My husband and I were visiting SF from out of town, and our infant son needed to get his acid reflux medication refilled. Our attempt at a regular pharmacy didn’t work, as he had an adverse reaction to the commercially available medication. Frank came to our rescue, calling our pharmacy back home so he could make as close to a match of his normal prescription as possible. Koshland Pharmacy in SF is hands down the best. They are so easy to communicate with, get right back to me and have wonderful customer service.
