Plosky's Deli

Wow was this place delicious! We both had the Mambo. Everything was fresh and the sun roll was heavenly. The hot pepper relish was really tasty as well and added nice spice- defiantly not hot though. The sun was huge and we only ate half so now we get it for leftovers. My partner had the egg salad and wolfed it down. I could’ve eaten multiple bags of the pickle potato chips.

Absolutely fantastic food and a genuine and kind staff. The bagels were fresh and the whitefish salad was delicious. The sandwiches are huge.

Phenomenal all around. The bagel was huge. Massive amt of cream cheese and toppings. Reminded me of a NY bagel. Super good value. Awesome fast convenient online ordering. Cant wait to go back!

Super friendly staff, a clean, inviting, open restaurant and great bagels! Their regular drip coffee is good as well. :) They just opened so of course they're going to be busy, so just have patience with the staff. I can't wait to try some of their sandwiches. They have tons of options!

Fun little place in Carbondale that I've never knew of. It's pretty popular when I stopped in but the staff was also friendly. I got the Greek Sneak and it was actually really good. Wish I had a picture. I'll be coming back in again

The Pastrami on Rye is not good but a great sandwich.
A mouth watering sandwich you’ll find in the valley, ploskys special blend has the right kick with the pickles and onions with the cuts of pastrami on the Rye hands down 🙌🏽

Fresh new spot in carbondale. The turkey sandwich was the best I’ve had in a long time. The environment is welcoming and upscale at the same time!

Don’t sleep on the - Greek Sneak! Griddled halloumi cheese outshines any version of this with chicken.

Bagels are 10/10. Ingredients are fresh. Modern feel to the deli/cafe.

Ok so being a chef, from outside philly, studied in NYC and a self proclaimed hoagie ("sub") guru, I ordered a Mambo..the Italian sub. This beauty was beyond delicious, the bread was phenomenal, crisp outside with tiny bit of flake and just the right amount of chew to it, meats were great, veggies fresh and the pepper aioli schmear was a huge slamdunk to send this to top of the list. I had real trouble going for a cold sub as I walked in all I could smell was the house
Made corned beef tips being griddled for what looked like big rueben to go order. Cannot wait to get back here and eat my way thru the menu, live five hours away but will def be back or being calling for five hour delivery lol!

Best Reuben I’ve had since moving out of Brooklyn…Dave is the man. His pickle is to die for.

I come here semi often and am so grateful we finally have a deli back in town.

Sticky Buns are perfectly textured, with caramelized sugar and pecans on the top and a warm, soft, and cinnamon-y inside.

I don't normally want scones. But the strawberry scone with homemade icing that Simone convinced me to try to "change my mind about scones" did just that. It was sweet, but not too sweet, moist, and strawberry-y. I won't go anywhere else for pastries in the valley. Thank you Plosky's, and good work.

My husband and I have been here a few times and have had a great experience every time. Tasty sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch and fast, friendly service. Would recommend!
