Basalt Dentistry

My hygienist is amazing! She has such great attention to detail, she is gentle and diligently removes any plaque. She might find, and my teeth are always left feeling squeaky clean. I never feel rushed and she has great patience and people skills. The staff in the office are always friendly, I never have a long wait to get into the chair and I love that they send reminders to my phone in advance of my appointments. I’ve had dental cleanings, fillings, and overlays with this team, and highly recommend them.

Not only did these wonderful humans get me in the same day I needed an emergency appointment, but they held my hand through the entire process and were very nice! Bethany even helped me expedite a follow up procedure through a referral. The office was impeccable and I can't recommend them enough!

Very nice people and they made my teeth look so much better. They’re all super cool and they do everything including orthodontic work. You should go there if you have teeth 100%. Maybe even if you don’t have teeth, they could probably help with that.

We switched to Basalt Dentistry, and could not be happier. Not only are they professional, and courteous, the attentiveness and inclusion they give to my children as amazing. Having Dr. Maggie explain to the kids not only what she is doing, but the reasons behind what she’s doing is really changing the way my children think about caring for their teeth.

Always a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is like a spa; light and pretty. The staff is so kind and thoughtful. They go out if their way to accommodate my schedule often working me in or calling as soon as there is a cancellation. I can’t say enough about Dr Haerter. He is caring, kind , competent and has a great aesthetic-a perfectionist.
I look forward to my visits on both professional and personal levels.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It was my 1st time there, and they treated with so much courtesy and kindness.

New to the area & after my research, I selected this dentist for my continued care. So glad I did as the entire staff was absolutely professional, office / rest rooms/ treatment rooms so clean. Staff & dentist highly qualified & up to date on latest dental care/ procedures. Last but not least they valued me & my time by seeing me as scheduled just as I valued their time by arriving as scheduled. . After the exam they gave me their professional recommendation for follow up care with a laid out treatment plan and cost. . I’m retired & appreciate a laid out treatment plan with cost , so that I can decide what works best for me and my budget. Will be returning for my continued care.

Dr. Haerter is so cool and kind! Meg his assistant is the sweetest and makes you feel so calm during any procedure. I always leave their office feeling so good and fresh! I love the Burst products they sell for dental care too! Hands down, best dental office/team in the valley!
