I got a sandwich here called “The Bacon” and it was delicious. Among other items, the sandwich had bacon (of course), apple butter, and jalapeño aioli on country toast. While the sandwich price was a bit high at $17, the ingredients were high quality and we’ve got to make sure our workers get paid.

Best sandwich in Denver hands down. From the meat down to the condiments and bread the sandwiches we tried were to die for. The wagyu pastrami was the best I've ever had and the turkey sandwich was also delicious. We opted for the Mac and cheese side which also did not disappoint. It was clearly homemade with a nice creamy cheese sauce. Beyond the restaurant there is also a deli counter and a small selection of local snacks and drinks. My only complaint is that the restaurant is quite small so I imagine it would get quite crowded during the weekend. I will definitely be back to try other menu items as well as their dinner options and desserts. I would absolutely recommend stopping by to anyone in the area. The prices were a bit steep at ~15 for a sandwich but it was worth every penny!

This place is delicious! A friend told us to go and I’m so glad we did. We got the bacon sandwich and Mac n cheese.

Fantastically fabulous sandwiches!
What else do I need to say??
They proudly display their hand-cured meats and have original sandwiches plus meat for sale.
I had the bison pastrami.
It was a perfect size.
Quality over quantity.
It was the best bison I've ever had.
Great artisan vibe and quality.
It reminded me of Portland.
They said they have already rated the best sandwich in Denver...

This little deli/salumi is a must for cured meats & delicious sandwiches, especially THE BACON, possibly the best BLT I've ever had.

I found out about this place because of this amazing Bacon sandwich, but will be returning now to try their charcuterie and cured meats. They have a whole in house butchery, with all quality sourced ingredients, and even a wholesaler to buy their product all over the country!

The reason I came in was for THE BACON. Shaved Bacon, Apple Butter, Jalapeno Aioli, Lettuce, Tomato Pecora Fondue, on Country Toast. Holy Cow this sandwich is amazing, I already want to go back for it but need to try other things here.

Just went back for breakfast, the breakfast burger is now possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Sausage, Egg & Cheese with lettuce, Tomato, bacon jam, and damn good sauce on local ciabatta.

Perfect place to check out if you love local cured meats

Popped in on a Friday morning as I passed by on my morning walk.

Grabbed a breakfast sandwich to - go.

Smokes! This place is SO ON POINT!
The staff were great! My sandwich was next level delicious. They cure all their meat in house.

Will not get a breakfast sandwich anywhere else!

Great sandwiches and house cured meats. I regret that I wasn't able to try the duck prosciutto. I am very thankful that the staff let my restaurant industry colleague and I tour the kitchen and get some picks of the curing room. When I visit my friend in Colorado again, I will return.

Another great DDD place! One of the best, highest quality sandwiches in Denver. The Turkey sandwich was a great spin on a standard Turkey sandwich

This place is amazing. Every breakfast sandwich I've had here has been very tasty. BLT, breakfast croissant, breakfast burger, all great. Their sandwiches are also great. I've had the hoggie and the pastrami, and they were both fantastic. Great little intimate space for seating, and coffee right nearby. Working on trying the entire menu

Such an awesome sandwich place. Ordered the Hoggie and I was sad when I ate it all because I wanted more. Super duper high quality cured meats. Will definitely return.

Best cured meats in town. Come here to make a meat and cheese board. The sandwiches are awesome. The cheeses are Colorado made. The meats are in house.

This is a breakfast and lunch review, although we look forward to checking out the 4-8pm menu they recently came out with. The breakfast burger and breakfast BLT are amazing! The breakfast burger especially is a favorite of my wife and I. Bagel pork roll is also solid. We haven't had too much off the lunch menu, but the quality continued for me with the Hoggie. I also noticed online that the Hoggie got voted one of Denver's best sandwiches, and it is well-deserved. The quality of the ingredients there, you can tell, is next level, and try not to buy anything out of that fridge on the right before you order...tough to walk away from. Definitely recommend.

Very tasty sandwich.
Each is $12-$13 so on the expensive side imo.
Get what you pay for though! Much better than a Subway or whatnot

Tried a bit of their "Juniper" cured pork with calabrian chiles today - holy wow! It was evident from just taking a quick whiff that I was about to enjoy some stellar cured meat. Fatty, salty, porky, spicy... these all gave way to a very pleasant calabrian chile aftertaste, and eventually a hit of juniper too. This may be the best cured meat I've had stateside, a must-try for anyone who finds themselves craving salami. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable too. Can't wait to come back.

Great food and friendly staff. I think having the food plated would’ve made the experience slightly better, but the food was delicious

We had a great experience! The charcuterie was delicious. We had a smoked turkey sandwich and a bacon sandwich. The fruit spreads complimented the meat well. We also purchased the sweet and spicy chips by the Denver Chip Company. Everything was yummy. We can't wait to go back and experience the porchetta. Pro Tip: You can only get dinner menu items at dinner time (after 4 pm). No exceptions. Schedule your visit accordingly. 😌

This place has some seriously amazing sandwiches. One of the notable things they do right is their bread. Every sandwich I’ve had there has fresh, super high quality bread that is not only flavorful and delicious, but complements the sandwich beautifully.

The meats they use are fresh and have amazing flavor, and the condiments are fabulous. The pastrami sandwich in particular has incredible house sauerkraut that launches it into the zone of perfection. Even the BLT, one of the most simple sandwiches you can get, tastes like it’s next level.

This place is tucked away just off tennyson, so it’s not one of the ones you spot on a stroll up the street, but it’s absolutely a key part of this neighborhood and should be sought out.

I have always loved their sandwiches and when I heard they were making fresh pasta I had to try. Focaccia with pesto and ramp butter was on point, meatballs and bucatini was stellar and the agnolotti was amazing!! This place is delicious, a must try!!!
