Amazing store with a large selection of spices and teas. The store also has a cafe bar inside. The Earl Grey Créme is fantastic!

Have visited a couple of times and headed back now again! Great variety of spices, all flavors of salts that you could imagine and the tea selection!!! Oh my- a tea lovers dream. Absolutely love the iced Lady Grey a La crème -yes they have a tea bar where you can get hot or cold versions of your favorite tea served by some of the most cheerful people I have met!

I have been using their Sugars for several years in my Meringue cookies and they work very well. It just takes a bit of time to figure out which method of use is best. Heather and her staff are marvelous and always very helpful. Very hard to walk out without buying their products.

Excellent and expert service. I got the sinfully cherry hot tea in the shop and was a good recommendation for a rainy day. I'm enjoying a cup of Elderberry fortress now and is probably the best tea I've ever had !

I've been coming here for years and woke up this morning wondering if I'd ever given you guys the five star review you deserve! I love this shop and I adore the new location, I haven't bought my tea from anywhere else and I've even gotten my in-laws and co-workers hooked! These are pictures of my retired cereal containers full of tea, spices and sugar! Keep up the amazing service and quality product! I'll be stopping by later for some more Coconut Oolong!

We moved to Williamsburg 9 months ago, but haven't visited the shop here. However, a friend and I went into the Richmond store recently and were delighted. The shop is a feast for eyes & nose! Nolan assisted us and she is excellent. I've now tried both teas I purchased-Root Beer Chai Herbal Tea and Black Chocolate Black Tea-and they're both outstanding! I bought Baker's Secret Spice Blend and Salted Caramel Sugar, with the intention of making Salted Caramel S'mores Bites, an Exchange recipe. (There's a whole rack of free recipe cards!) [NOTE: the Bites are luscious, but MAKE WELL IN ADVANCE (otherwise they crumble when coming out of the muffin tin)!] It would have been easy to spend lots of money, and now I know it would be well worth it. I'm excited to have gone to The Exchange in Richmond, and so happy there's one in Williamsburg...I may just become a regular customer!!

Awesome! So helpful. If you enjoy cooking, tea or interesting things come check them out. Especially like the idea of trying a tea before you buy it. The inventory of spices is fantastic. If you're looking for it they probably have it.

And you can order online!

The staff was great and very helpful. I was looking for some specific/ obscure items they didn't have but did find some reasonable substitutes for my stay in the area. There were lots of infused salts as well as the traditional teas and loose herbs. I'm very pleased with a new tea I picked up at the staff's recommendation, Blue Raspberry Crush.

Ive been shopping here for years and they have such kind staff. I was rushing a bit and needed to get some tea that you drink before bed. Went in, was immediantly greated with a smile, she helped me to a sampler pack, and rang me up. I saved $15 from their loyalty program. High quality teas and seasonings, lovely staff, always a great shopping experience.

This place was wonderful. Saw it on a food tour that was pretty fun too. Smelled delicious, great tea, nice little shop with a local feel and the owner (Heather?) was absolutely electric. Queen of Spices. Thank you so much for a great time!

Really neat little place here. It's rather small yet has a decent variety of single spices (40-50 of the most common spices/herbs I'd say), and they have a lot of assorted seasoned salts, sugars, dry rubs, and good tea there as well. They've got all of their spices/tea in large jars so you can smell them; it's just a really cool little shop in town and it's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of high quality teas and spices. Haley was very knowledgeable and answered every question from my wife. That in itself is impressive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves tea or is buying for someone else.
