Store was very clean and well kept. Worked with Christopher to get a screen protector which didn’t appear on my profile but was paid for. He was able to find my records and correct it for the future. He went above and beyond to help me out! The other salesman, Lex was very nice and easy to work with. Great location to work with.

The T-Mobile by Olive Garden and Shakers has always had excellent customer service, fast service, and a decent selection of phones and accessories. The reps here are friendly and knowledgeable, the tall manager with the beard always makes it a point to greet me no matter how busy the store is. This store is somehow the busiest T-Mobile but also the cleanest, I don't know how they keep up with a store filled with wall to wall people from open to close. I give the store a solid 10/10, thank you Rodney, Cameron, and the team for getting me in and out in 10 minutes when I go in to pay my bill, ya'll rock.

1 out of 6 t mobiles stores today who actually greeted me as I came in. Yes they were busy and I had to wait. Been to this store twice. And this will probably be the only store I deal with. Manager today was great!

Kevin helped me upgrade my mother's very old phone today. He was so helpful and went out of his way to set up her new home screen to make it as similar as possible to her old phone after going out of his way to transfer her photos and contacts. He even thought to increase the font size to match her old phone. Thanks, Kevin!!
