Every time I have gone into Kay's, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Especially, Marissa. She has a wonderful memory of what I like, and is a great help. I've been in for my engagement ring to be fixed and she was extremely helpful. They have a great assortment, decent prices and knowledgeable staff, as well as a very clean space.

I have been going to Kay Jewelry for some time. I have always gotten amazing service, and of recent decided to do a custom ring. They have listened to all of my details and have been very patient with me. I am so excited to see the results! Amanda especially has been amazing to work with.

Unfortunately, we drove down to the store from across the border with a broken engagement ring and no warranty. Thankfully, Leighann helped my fiancé and I with this important issue and kept me posted along every step of the way from repair to resizing. Leighann and seriaa were so helpful. They both have such great attitudes every single time I come in and usually when I come in I am not in the greatest of moods due to the fact, I’m usually turning in a necklace that has broken to get fixed, but they provide great customer service every time.

Lee helped me through everything, answering all my questions and being so kind and generous with her time and knowledge. Sierra and marissa are great they helped me pick out the best and affordable gift for my gf in the time of need and included their own ideas to make the gift better

I went in here to have my rings cleaned and the lady that cleaned them was very nice and told me about all kinds of different options if I wanted to trade my set in. She had great Customer Service skills and did an awesome job at cleaning my rings that were extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in a year due to shut downs and what not. I would recommend this place to anyone.
