Such a cute little store, I loved the employees and they helped with every question I had. Directed me to all the sales and new items available too

I was looking for special kinds of plugins and the young lady who helped me knew exactly what I meant and took me exactly to where I needed to be

I’ve probably shopped in nearly 100 Bath & Body works from East to West coast. The Williamsburg store is my absolute favorite. The employees are very helpful & knowledgeable about all products. As well as nice & polite. It’s somewhere between Coach & Dooney & Burke so it’s always a great day when visiting Williamsburg! MDC💜

Busy store but not overcrowded. Staff friendly and very helpful. Loved their buy 3 get 3 free sale. Really helps with the Christmas list. Highly recommend but shop early. Can be way crowded in December.

I love Bath and Body Works. Ive never had a bad experience at any of the locations. Even though I walked in 20 mins to close everyone was really friendly and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I stepped through the door and more than one employee offered their assistance. They were patient and I didn't feel rushed to make a selection.

Love all the different scents. Candles are my favorite but soaps are treats too. Prices could be lower so look out for the sales and coupons.

Today it was packed inside to outside the store. I was able to get my stuff and out of there in decent time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cashiers were fast and also friendly. I will definitely be back to the williamsburg, VA location. Loved my experience! And love my smell goods ❤

There are a few scents I wait patiently for, Vanilla Bean Noel and Christmas Candy Apple, then stock up to carry me through most of the upcoming months. I was impressed with the staff working hard to keep everyone safe in these COVID days, wiping, cleaning after each customer, offering hand sanitizer. Thank you, I felt cared for and prized as a customer!

Very nice establishment. Deals on the products $5.50 for bodywash, lotion, etc. Buy 3 get one free on sprays and larger lotions. Enjoyed my visit here.

Lots of great prices post holiday. I picked up two 3-wick candles for $10 each. I've really enjoyed their fragrance even when they aren't lit.

They really have a safe system down for shopping. I was super impressed. Before you walk in staff open door for you and direct you to sanitizing your hands then you pick your own shopping bag. Kudos to Bath and Body Works located in Williamsburg at the outlets.

Bath and body works is great but they really need to have some coffee grounds for people to inhale. After smelling a few scents, your sense of smell kind of disappears. A quick sniff of coffee grounds brings you back around
