Wild At Heart

I visited earlier today and I didn't quite catch the name of the person who was working the counter but they were very pleasant to talk with and I found my shopping experience to be very comfortable, the store has a decent collection of items as well.
I bought a few pins from here that they have on display and had a nice little conversation about the Hermes art piece that was by the register.
Would recommend shopping here to others and may be back when I find the need to.

Really fantastic place, this was the first time I’ve been here and I’m definitely going back. They have great quality items, latex free dental dams, and a great assortment of BDSM products. They were very knowledgeable and welcoming, and the lingerie racks are based on size not style so it’s very easy to find what will fit you immediately. It’s also fairly manual wheelchair and walker accessible, I’m not sure how well a motorized wheelchair would fit though. They also do not have fitting rooms, so if you’d like to try on a lingerie top, make sure to wear a tank top.

Plus size available here. We spent a few hours looking up adult shops from Olympia to Seattle hoping to find a plus size garter belt. When we finally settled on Wild At Heart I was blown away by the availability of outfits in plus size! I went in for one thing and left with everything I had ever wanted. The store was so comfortable I didn’t feel a rush to leave so my husband and I found a lot of new things to try and it was an extremely positive experience and I can’t wait for my next trip to Seattle to see what else peaks our interest at Wild At Heart.

Wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, with a huge array of options. Their plus-size section is not only large, but does not skimp on quality, and is easy to find near the front of the store! Staff even made sure that we knew what was and wasn't included in each of the sealed items, so that we didn't get the 'wrong' item. Definitely A+

I LOVE this place! My friend and I bought some items here this past summer, and had the best time talking to the great people working there! They were so knowledgeable and easy going, and I walked out feeling like I'd made new friends! I had paid cash for my items, and somehow lost my receipt which i needed to have for the warranty on one of the items. I was distraught! I called 5 months later to see if there was a remote chance that they could help me out, and Amanda went above and beyond to find that cash receipt for me FROM 5 MONTHS AGO! I am thrilled! I will be back again and again! Store and Customer Service are both 5 STARS!!

I was visiting my fiance in Seattle, and we saw this store online and thought it sounded like fun so we went to check it out. I'm definitely never going to a chain store again! This place has the most insanely awesome selection of BDSM-type items I've ever seen in a store, all beautifully handmade, and almost all LOCALLY made! Everything is skillfully handcrafted, and I love that it's a small locally owned store that sources from local artists.

The owner, Lisa, was absolutely fantastic. I fell in love with a necklace that was quite pricey, we decided to splurge -- but she actually was so excited someone wanted to buy it, since it'd been taking up shelf space for so long, she cut the price for us. Definitely a great way to give a customer a good first experience. We also told her about a disappointing experience with the WeVibe, and she adamantly said that if she had been the one to sell it to us, she would have taken care of it -- the other store didn't. She talked us into considering the WeVibe 4 Plus, and when we decided to get it she even gave us a little discount as an apology for bad service that wasn't even her fault.

Unbelievably nice staff, fantastic selection, and mostly locally sourced? Yes please! I'm never going to another shop, this is the winner for me. Can't recommend it more, looking forward to a return visit.

Favorite little adult store with the most knowledgeable and genuinely helpful staff. Small place so not the selection of a corporate run adult store but it's a much more personal and enjoyable shopping experience. I absolutely recommend checking it out.

The owner is great and you couldn't ask for an easier person to talk to and ask questions about the most intimate items you own. If you don't find something there to excite you, then your tastes are very rare.
